Monday, July 11
*2:07 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a residence on Monsey Street in May, Texas where 2 dogs had entered the complainant’s yard and killed 1 of her dogs. The owner of the offending dog was not home and refused over the phone to provide vaccination documents for his animals.
Tuesday, July 12
*8:54 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to County Road 424 regarding an animal which had been dumped in the bar ditch.
Friday, July 15
*9:48 AM –Brown County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to the law enforcement center regarding an animal attack. Deputies contacted the victim, who advised his dog was attacked by a neighbor’s dog.
*10:56 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 600 block of N. Fisk regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, an unknown suspect removed two window air conditioning units from the property. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.*10:57 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to an agency assistance call at the Child Protective Agency office, regarding a child removal. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 31-year-old Farrah Deann Smith of Brownwood for disorderly conduct by profane language.
*11:43 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 4400 block of Danhil Drive regarding fraud. A suspect has been named, the report states.
*11:51 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 100 block of Main Street. This stop led to the arrest of 26-year-old Cori Audrianna Henderson of Waco, Texas for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*2:57 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s corporal was dispatched to County Road 233 regarding a theft. According to the report, the complainant advised that a weed eater, chainsaw, and set of golf clubs were missing from a storage building.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 20-year-old Payton Dean Anderson of Brownwood on a surety withdrawal related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*Brownwood Police arrested 27-year-old Jesstin Nemol Fox of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Raymond Guerrero, Jr. of Coleman on a Coleman County warrant related to burglary of a habitation.
*43-year-old Tara Ann Neill-Winkler of Comanche turned herself in on warrants related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, failure to maintain financial responsibility, violate promise to appear, and display expired license plates.
Saturday, July 16
*1:28 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy assisted an Early Police officer in the search for 3 male subjects, who were running from her on foot. According to the report, the deputy located 2 of the male subjects at the Early High School parking lot and other officers arrived on scene to assist. After further investigation, one of the subjects, identified as 23-year-old Christopher Bradley Rose of Brownwood was arrested for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone, the report states.
*6:47 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in a driveway with an unconscious driver. According to the report, the deputy arrived to assist and the driver, identified as 23-year-old Jose Ruben Vega of San Saba, was found to be intoxicated. Vega was arrested for driving while intoxicated/open alcoholic container.
*10:12 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a female subject who is a housekeeper who discovered the residence she cleans, located on FM 2125, appeared to have been burglarized. According to the report, the deputy spoke with the resident of the home by phone who stated she had not started to move out and nothing should be missing. An investigation was started and a report was done.
*2:09 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 25-year-old David White for theft equal or greater than $100 less than $750.
*6:35 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 2700 block of Belle Plain regarding a possible case of driving under the influence. According to the report, a traffic stop was made which led to the arrest of 48-year-old Bobby Joe Salinas of Mullin for driving while intoxicated.
*10:04 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to an address on Western Oaks Lane regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, after investigating the scene, deputies concluded there was not a domestic disturbance at this address; however, the complainant advised a relative had stolen his firearm. The relative/suspect was arrested by Fort Worth Police Department for an offence which occurred in their city, and the firearm was recovered, the report states.
*26-year-old Jason Dewayne Anderson of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 24-year-old Devin Chase Casas of Austin, Texas on a warrant related to motion to revoke/unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested Ashley Mills of Colorado Springs, Colorado for prohibited substance in correctional facility – attempt, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram, possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and possession of drug paraphernalia.
*Texas Parks and Wildlife Department game warden arrested 34-year-old Etta Marie Williams of Abilene, Texas for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
Sunday, July 17
*12:57 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of water Street regarding an unwanted person. According to the report, a traffic stop was made, which led to the arrest of the subject, identified as 33-year-old Elroy Solis, Jr., for driving while intoxicated.
*3:28 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 4200 block of US Hwy 377 South regarding the theft of a bicycle.
*5:13 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving on the center portion of a divided highway, the vehicle had run over the curb in the center of Early Blvd, according to the report. The vehicle also had an expired registration of 06/2016, according to the report. During the traffic stop, a consent search was granted, which located a false Dr. Pepper can that contained a clear baggie with methamphetamine residue in it, the report states. The deputy also located a set of digital scales, which had a large amount of meth residue on them in a bag in the rear of the pickup, the deputy reported. Both suspects, identified as 22-year-old Cassandra Lynn Kirk and 33-year-old Marshall Louis Coker both of Big Spring, Texas, claimed ownership and knowledge of the false compartment can and the baggie inside, according to the report. Kirk claimed ownership of the set of scales, the report states. Kirk was charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and unlawful use of criminal instrument. Coker was also charged with unlawful use of criminal instrument.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to back up two other deputies who were called to a domestic disturbance at a property on FM 2525. According to the report, upon the deputy’s arrival, he was advised by the other deputies that 25-year-old Ashley Michelle Celedon of Early, Texas had assaulted her husband by punching him in the face and head area and that another relative was also involved in the assault. After an investigation Celedon was arrested for assault family violence. The other relative was not on scene at the time.
*19-year-old Luis Miguel Mejia of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to a probation amendment.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 44-year-old Stevie Lee Moss of Bangs on a Johnson County warrant/surety withdrawal related to driving while license invalid.
Monday, July 18
*Brownwood Police arrested 47-year-old Amelia Denise Thompson of Brownwood on a Runnels County warrant related to theft by checks.
