Wednesday, July 13

*9:08 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Avenue A regarding the theft of a washer and dryer.

*11:25 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding an assault.  According to the report, a male subject stated he was assaulted by his wife but did not wish to file a report.  This incident related to family violence was documented by the officer.

*1:12 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s corporal was dispatched to Lucas Drive regarding a theft. The complainant stated that a known suspect removed several items from his vehicle and refused to return them.

*4:21 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of E. Commerce regarding theft.   According to the report, a known suspect stole a motorized shopping cart from the business.  As a result of this call, the suspect, identified as 57-year-old James Clement Dunn of Brownwood, was arrested for theft of property equal or greater than $750 less than $2,500.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Robin Gene Brady of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 64-year-old Don Wayne Burkeen of Blanket, Texas on a warrant related to failure to maintain financial responsibility.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Cody Wayne Harrell of May, Texas on warrants related to driving while license suspended and failure to appear.

*57-year-old Ronnie Lynn Landes of Early turned himself in on a warrant related to possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Thursday, July 14

*Brownwood Police arrested 34-year-old Jose Luis Noyola of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of service equal or greater than $500 less than $1500.

*54-year-old Jimi Dee Simmons of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of marijuana.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 35-year-old Nora Michelle Wooten of Early, Texas.
