Thursday, May 31
*12:03 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1900 block of Vincent Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, after an investigation, no arrests were made and the parties were separated for the night.
Thursday, June 2
*11:38 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of 4th Street and Avenue K. This stop led to the issuance of a citation to the driver of the vehicle for possession of drug paraphernalia, the report states.
Friday, June 3
*3:34 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Bluffview Drive regarding terroristic threat family violence.
*8:51 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Riverside Drive regarding domestic violence which had occurred.
*9:24 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the area of 3rd Street and Wood Avenue regarding a hit and run accident. According to the report, a suspect was identified.
*11:05 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant at a property in Blanket, Texas regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that someone came onto his property without his consent, taking a horse trough and two window air conditioning units.*48-year-old Terri Baker of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to the burglary of a habitation. Baker was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $15,000 bond as of Monday morning.
*Brownwood Police arrested 38-year-old Brian Eugene Gordon of Lake Brownwood on a warrant related to display expired license plate/registration and violate promise to appear.
*Brownwood Police arrested 27-year-old Sarah Rose Neuse of Early on Brownwood Municipal Court warrants.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 25-year-old Christian Dawn Temple of Early on warrants related to theft and expired driver’s license.
*Brownwood Police arrested 21-year-old Juan Alberto Tristan II of Early for driving while intoxicated and for evading arrest/detention with vehicle. Tristan was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $11,500.
Saturday, June 4
*12:58 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2900 block of US Hwy 377 South regarding an accident. According to the report, the driver of the vehicle struck and damaged a telephone pole and then left the scene prior to officers’ arrival. The driver was identified and the case is still active, the report states.
*9:12 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2400 block of Good Shepherd Drive regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, the complainant stated that her vehicle had been burglarized while it was parked in her driveway and two checks, a personal document and $150 cash was taken from the vehicle.
*5:37 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of Leach Street and N. Main Street. According to the report, this stop led to the discovery of marijuana and the driver of the vehicle, identified as 32-year-old Jacob Lafate Burch of Brownwood, was arrested for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*9:30 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 1400 block of Coggin Avenue. According to the report, this stop led to the arrest of 43-year-old Daniel Martin Lyon of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated.
Sunday, June 5
*1:05 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of 7th Street regarding an assault. According to the report, an investigation determined that a male and female had assaulted each other. The incident was settled by separation, the report states.
*1:45 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of 4th Street and Coggin Avenue. According to the report, this stop led to the arrest of 37-year-old Eva Edith Lara of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated with child under 15 years of age.
*8:29 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Sierra Drive regarding the burglary of a motor vehicle. According to the report, a compressor was stolen out of the bed of the complainant’s truck.
*11:32 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Center Avenue regarding a burglary. According to the report, after an investigation, an active criminal case for false report was opened.
*11:36 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 300 block of E. Commerce due to the driver failing to signal at least 100 feet prior to executing a lane change. According to the report, this stop led to the arrest of 25-year-old Alexander Taylor Stinson of Harper, Texas for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*1:26 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 900 block of Trigg Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, an incident of assault family violence between a male and female subject had occurred.
*3:01 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2500 block of Belmeade Street regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, the responding officer observed damage to the passenger side of the complainant’s vehicle. The complainant stated that an assault had occurred the previous night, the report states. The incident was documented and information for adult victims of family violence was provided to the complainant, the report states.
*8:36 PM – Brownwood Police made a pedestrian stop in the 1600 block of Avenue B. According to the report, during the stop, a male identified as 49-year-old Tommy Edward Campbell, Jr. of Brownwood, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. Campbell was subsequently arrested for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*10:32 PM – Brownwood Police made a pedestrian stop in the 2100 block of 1st Street. According to the report, this stop led to the arrest of 19-year-old Daniel Venegas of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 20 AU less than 80 AU in a drug free zone.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Alexander Jose Martinez of Brownwood on a parole warrant and for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Christian Dawn Temple of Early for possession of drug paraphernalia.
*Brownwood Police arrested 31-year-old Pearl Sandoval of San Antonio on a Bexar County warrant related to theft greater than $50 less than $500.
Monday, June 6
*Brownwood Police arrested 33-year-old Stephanie Marie Baldwin of Brownwood on a Taylor County warrant related to failure to appear.
