Wednesday, June 4
*12:55 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of Belle Plain Street regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant stated that he had left his iPhone and “jam box” at the residence the night before by mistake. When he returned for the items, this date, he discovered that they were missing, the report states. A possible suspect has been identified, the report states.
*1:18 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 900 block of Booker Street regarding narcotics. According to the report, the complainant advised she had located narcotics in a rented room. The officer was later given consent to search the room by the renter, narcotics were located and an arrest was made, the report states. The renter, 23-year-old Howard Lee Adams of Brownwood was charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*2:21 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding theft. According to the report, an employee noticed a male subject conceal merchandise in his pockets before exiting the building without paying for the items. The male was stopped and detained by the officer and issued a citation for Class C theft.
*11:14 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to the report of the theft of a firearm from a residence on Feather Bay Blvd. near Lake Brownwood. According to the report, the complainant stated that her Smith and Wesson .38 caliber revolver had been stolen. A possible suspect was named, the report states.*11:56 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Southside Drive regarding theft.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Jerrie Leann Baldwin of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to revoke/manufacture delivery of a controlled substance.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Cody Oric Gonzales of Brownwood for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*Brownwood Police arrested 17-year-old Elijah Ray Jones for criminal trespass.
*30-year-old Joshua James Stovall of Early turned himself in on a warrant related to criminal trespass.
Thursday, June 5
*Early Police arrested 21-year-old Juan Francisco Chavez of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear.
