Tuesday, June 2

*10:55 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of Avenue C regarding an assault.  According to the report, the female complainant stated that she was assaulted by a relative; however, the male relative also claimed to have been assaulted by the female.  The incident was documented for further investigation, the report states.

*12:21 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Avenue A regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, windows had been shot with a BB gun, leaving several holes in the windows.  The incident was believed to have occurred sometime over the weekend, the report states.

*4:15 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 800 block of Beaver Street regarding an assault.  According to the report, a juvenile male stated that he had been assaulted by three other juvenile male subjects.  The victim’s injuries were photographed and the incident was documented.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a complaint of public nuisance regarding a property on Ireland Drive.  A deputy conducted a property inspection and report regarding the nuisance.

Wednesday, June 3

*9:43 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of Terrace Drive regarding a civil standby.   An incident of assault by offensive touch was documented.

*1:27 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Avenue H regarding the burglary of a habitation.

*4:39 PM – A Brownwood Police officer observed a wanted person the 1500 block of Austin Avenue.  According to the report, 28-year-old Jerod Scott Cyr of Brownwood was identified and determined to have a warrant for failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance and to have drugs on his person.  Cyr was arrested for the outstanding warrant along with an additional charge of manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams in a drug free zone.  Cyr was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond as of Thursday morning.

*7:19 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 500 block of W. Commerce regarding an expired registration.  During the stop, a passenger was found to have given the officer a false name and later identified as 52-year-old Patrick Michael O’Connor of Brownwood, who had an active felony warrant for his arrest, the report states.  O’Conner was arrested for the active warrant along with an additional charge of failure to identify fugitive/intentionally provides false information.  O’Connor was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Thursday morning.

*7:46 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant regarding harassment.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a known subject was stalking her.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Ashlee Daugherty of May on a Milam County warrant related to motion to revoke/Bail Jumping/Abandon Child with Intent to return.  Daugherty was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond as of Thursday morning.

*Brown County  Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Kyle Evan Kemp of Coleman on warrants related to driving while license expired, speeding, violate promise to appear, speeding 25 or more and violate promise to appear.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Joshua David Wayne McDaniel of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear/driving while intoxicated.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Jeffrey Lee Schafer of Brookesmith for failure to appear/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

Thursday, June 4

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Laura Irene Shaw Roberson of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.
