Wednesday, June 2
*Brownwood Police responded to a report of a stolen flatbed trailer in the 2400 block of Austin Avenue.
*A girl’s Huffy bicycle was reported as found property. To claim the bicycle, please contact Brownwood Police with identifying information.
*Brownwood Police responded to a call at Budget Inn in reference to criminal mischief. A man stated a witness saw his coworker slash the tires of his dump truck. The suspect was unable to be located and no arrests have been made.
Thursday, June 3
*25-year-old Robert Bonner, Jr. of Ballinger was arrested by Brownwood Police for Criminal Trespass. Reports state Bonner already had a Trespass Warning issued for the property, located at 601 W. Commerce, where he was reported to have been panhandling. Upon the responding officer’s arrival, Bonner was found standing inside the store with a bag of Doritos in his hands.
*Approximately 4:39 pm, a victim came into the Law Enforcement Center to report their vehicle had been broken into and a digital camera had been stolen.
*Brownwood Police responded to a call that a man had a chop saw stolen out of the bed of his truck while he was parked at Home Depot shopping.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Eddie Ray Jowers for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.
*Brown County Sherriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Andrew Shawn Prewitt for Possession of Marijuana, less than 2 oz.
Friday, June 4
*44-year-old Enrique Cardenas, Jr. was arrested by Brown County Sherriff’s Office for Assault Causing Bodily Injury.
All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
