Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, June 30, 2010.

Saturday, June 26

*A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy took a report at approximately 11:00 am regarding the theft of an Aero Stream Remediator and ProLine stolen from a property at Lover’s lane.  The owner of the property stated that the items go to a septic system and are valued at approximately $1400.

Sunday, June 27

*At 3:45 pm Brownwood Police responded to a call of an assault causing bodily injury in the 600 block of Fisk Avenue.  Investigation revealed that a female had assaulted another female.  Two witnesses were located and identified.  Suspect was not on the scene; however, a warrant is to be sought.

Monday, June 28

*Around 9pm Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of 13th Street, the Southmore Apartments regarding a case of graffiti.  Information was obtained from witnesses and the offense is under investigation.

*At 10pm, a Brownwood Police officer handled a call which resulted in a complainant filing a report for a terroristic threat.

*Approximately 3:00pm Brownwood Police received a report of Criminal Mischief in the 2100 block of Temple.  An offense report was generated but no suspect information was available at this time.

*About 8pm, Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Terrace regarding Criminal Mischief.  An incident report was filed; however, no suspect information was available.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to Spring Lake West, where they took a report of a stolen license plate from the complainant’s vehicle.  According to the report, the last time the owner had seen the license plate, she was at the apartment complex behind Wal-Mart.  She had not noticed the license missing until she was stopped by Brownwood Police this morning.  The plates were listed as stolen and the complainant was instructed to go to the court house to obtain a new set of plates.

Tuesday, June 29

*Around noon, Brownwood Police responded to a burglary of a Habitation.  Police reports state that a laptop computer was stolen from inside a residence in the 3400 block of Golding Road.  No suspects were known and no arrests had been made as of the time of the report.

*A Brownwood Police officer was flagged down by a woman at her residence in the 1500 block of Magnolia.  According to the report, she stated that her vehicle had been broken into and her wallet taken from inside the vehicle.  It contained various forms of personal identification and documents.

*Around 3:30, Brownwood Police responded to a report of theft in the 300 block of 4th Street.  A woman reported medication was stolen from her home.  No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

*At approximately 4:11pm, Brownwood Police responded to a report of a burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, a man had come in from Austin to check on his mother’s home while she is in the nursing home.  He arrived to find that been it had been broken into and her stove had been stolen.  No arrest had been made at the time of the report and the investigation is ongoing.

Wednesday, June 30

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 17-year-old Patrick Lee Espinoza for Criminal Mischief >=$50, <$500.

*Bangs Police arrested 38-year-old James Don Simpson for Public Intoxication.

*Brownwood Police arrested 34-year-old David E. Tucknott for Public Intoxication.

*At 2:00am, Brownwood Police responded to a report of two runaway juveniles.  As a result of the call, the two juveniles were entered into the system as runaways.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
