Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday and Wednesday, June 28-29, 2016.

Monday, June 27

*5:27 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Brady Avenue regarding criminal mischief.

*7:29 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the1500 block of Davis Lane regarding theft of property.  According to the report, a Dell tablet, valued at $400, had been stolen.

*9:15 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2500 block of Greenway Drive regarding the burglary of a motor vehicle.

*11:38 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Bluffview Drive regarding the burglary of a motor vehicle.

*2:05 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Avenue B regarding terroristic threat.  According to the report, the complainant stated a subject had threatened him with a wrench in his hand.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*5:03 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to W. Main Blvd in reference to a terroristic threat.  A suspect was named the report states.

*6:16 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2100 block of Avenue E regarding theft of property.

Tuesday, June 28

*3:55 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2400 block of Austin Avenue regarding terroristic threat.

*8:13 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant who stated that sometime overnight an unknown suspect(s) entered her residence while she slept and stole prescription medication and cash.  No suspects have been identified at this time.

*9:48 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of 7th Street regarding the theft of two bicycles.  According to the report, it is believed that sometime between 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. this date, someone had stolen their grandkids’ bicycles which were on the front porch of the residence.  Police located one of the bicycles between two neighboring houses, according to the report.  The other bicycle described as a gray BMX 20” bike with silver colored foot pegs was still missing at the time of the report and there were no known suspects at the time of the report, according to police.

*29-year-old Betti Leeann Hounshell of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to tamper with government record.

*Brownwood Police arrested 38-year-old Darrell Glenn Martin of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $100 less than $750.
