Wednesday, June 26

*9:58 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3000 block of Avenue D regarding a burglary of a building.  According to the report, an unknown suspect had entered the complainant’s storage building without his permission and stole tools from inside the building.

*10:24 AM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of credit/debit card abuse.  According to the report, the complainant stated 8 unauthorized charges totaling $745.52 appeared on his account.  The complainant also believes the suspects may have used his identity to fraudulently open accounts and purchase items, the report states.

*4:59 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart, 401 W. Commerce regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that two of her foster children had stolen two t-shirts and two pairs of shorts from Wal-Mart.  The stolen items were valued under $50, the report states.  Both juveniles were issued a citation for theft less than $50.

*6:00 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that someone had stolen a Dish Network receiver and satellite from his property.

Thursday, June 27

*8:06 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of 13th Street regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that known suspects had broken the windows out of her vehicle last week.

*11:41 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 300 block of Bluffview Drive regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that someone broke the front passenger window out of her vehicle during the hours of 10 PM June 26th and 11:41 AM on this date.

*12:49 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of Good Shepherd regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the caller stated that a vehicle had been struck by an eggplant as a truck occupied by at least four young males drove by at a high rate of speed, and the left side of the windshield was damaged.  The owner of the vehicle wished to pursue charges if a suspect could be identified.

*3:22 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Prater Street regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person had stolen a 3 ton air conditioning unit, valued at $600, from the property.  The complainant did wish to pursue charges if a suspect can be identified.

*4:15 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of terroristic threat. According to the report, the complainant stated that his son had threatened to hire a hit man “to take him out” during a phone conversation between the two men.

*6:52 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Southside Drive regarding burglary.  According to the report, a DVD player, 27” flat screen television, an MP3 player and $89 were stolen.  Approximate value of the stolen items was reported to be $150.

*6:52 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3000 block of 1st Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, the complainant stated that his wife attacked him; however when contact was made with the female, she stated that the complainant attacked her. Both parties were issued information about family violence.

*8:58 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Avenue E regarding an assault.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 41-year-old Wanda Lawhon Roe for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*9:30 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of E. Commerce regarding unwanted subjects.  According to the report, this call led to criminal trespass warnings being issued to the two individuals at the request of the management of the business.

*10:02 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1400 block of Avenue G regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that two females had keyed his vehicle and then fled the scene in a small unknown passenger car.

*10:28 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Irma Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, two females were involved in the assault and one had left the scene.  Both were spoken to and each claimed to be the victim in the altercation; however, neither wished to file criminal charges, the report states.

*11:46 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of W. Main Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, officers arrived to find a mother and daughter fighting.  The suspect, identified as 17-year-old Megaly Chavez, continued to attack her mother and sister in the presence of the officer and was arrested for assault family violence, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the May post office regarding a disorderly subject, identified as 64-year-old Jimmy Lincoln Konogeris of May, a sheriff’s report states.  According to the report, when the deputy arrived, the subject was apparently mad and stood with his back to the deputy, placing his hands in the handcuffing position.  Because Konogeris would not speak when the deputy attempted to talk to him, and that he was so mad, the deputy placed him into handcuffs for his own safety, the report states.  As they left the building, Konogris broke away from the deputy and “body checked” another subject at the post office knocking him into the wall and causing him pain to his elbow and back, the report states.  Konogeris was placed under arrest for assault causes bodily injury.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the burglary of a building.  According to the report, items valued at approximately $3600 were stolen from the complainant’s storage building.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of criminal mischief.  According to the report, someone had damaged a window in a room at the Flagship Inn on Hwy 279 at Lake Brownwood.

*Brownwood City Marshal arrested Larry Wayne Durham Jr. of Coleman on a warrant for failure to appear/evading arrest.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Megan LaJean George of Early for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Brownwood Police arrested 21-year-old Stetson Don Kelley of Early on a warrant for a parole violation.  Kelley is being held at the Brown County Jail on $25,000 bond.

*Brownwood City Marshal arrested 28-year-old Lacindia Kay Moore of Coleman on a warrant for failure to appear/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Ricky Leshawn Smith of Dallas on a warrant for failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2A less than 2 ounces

Friday, June 28

*12:38 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room regarding a possible sexual assault of a juvenile.

*1:24 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Davis Lane regarding an unwanted person who was later issued a criminal trespass warning for the address.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53-year-old Robert Sullivan for criminal trespass.
