Wednesday, June 24

*5:43 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 900 Belle Plain Street regarding theft.  According to the report, a vehicle was burglarized and a tool box containing a variety of tools was stolen.

Thursday, June 25

*9:34 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Brady Avenue regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, several items were removed from the residence.

*12:28 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3300 block of Stephen F. Austin regarding assault family violence.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 20-year-old Trevolia Jaleel Rudd for assault with injury family violence by strangulation.

*4:13 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of Avenue A regarding a dog bite.  According to the report, the dog was put down due to aggressive behavior.  A report was filed for follow-up by an animal control officer.

*6:56 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Killarney Drive regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  The complainant stated that his ex-wife had broken into his vehicle between 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM on this date.  The suspect stated that she had taken nothing from the vehicle but had been looking for the keys to a jet ski that was once on the property, the report states.

*7:14 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1200 block of Vincent Street regarding an animal complaint.  According to the report, an aggressive pit bull was on the loose in the area.  After an investigation, the owner of the dog was identified and she was issued a citation for the city ordinance violation for dog at large.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Deputies were called to a property on County Road 228 regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant believed that someone had shot one of his cows.  According to the report, the complainant stated that all of his cows were accounted for on June 24th; however, when he came to check on them the next day, one of his full grown cows which had been in good health was dead in the pasture .  There were no obvious bullet holes found in the cow and no suspects were known at the time of the report, according to the deputy.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of harassment.  According to the report, a male complainant stated that a supposed female had made a friend request on Skype and requested lewd photos of the complainant.  When he refused, the female suspect somehow obtained a lewd photo of the complainant and threatened to make the photo public if he did not pay the suspect, the report states.  The suspect then posted the photo to her Facebook friends, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Justin Michael Eubanks of Payne Springs, Texas on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2A equal or less than 2 ounces.

*Early Police arrested 35-year-old Teasha Leanne Kammerer of Abilene for driving while intoxicated.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 20-year-old Makayla Paige Lynn of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to maintain financial responsibility.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Matthew Alexander Warren of Little Elm, Texas on a warrant related to motion to revoke driving while intoxicated 3rd.

Friday, June 26

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old William Wayne Lewis, Jr. of Bryan on a warrant related to motion to revoke possession of marijuana and three counts of possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

*Brownwood Police arrested 33-year-old Keith Allen Thate of Santa Anna for theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500 and on two active Hamilton County warrants related to driving while license invalid and failure to appear/theft by check equal or greater than $20 less than $500.
