*6:23 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a location on County Road 136 regarding theft. The victim said that someone had entered a storage building on the property without consent and cut the copper electric wires from the building. There was also a 6-drawer filing cabinet missing from the porch of the residence.
*6:30 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1100 block of W. Baker St. regarding a domestic disturbance. After investigation, police arrested 35-year-old Mary Nicole Culp of Brownwood for assault with injury family violence and injury to elderly, according to the police report. Witnesses told police that Culp was seen pushing the 85-year-old victim around in the yard of the residence, according to the report. Police said that they determined Culp was intoxicated on both drugs and alcohol.
*9:13 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 2600 block of Temple Avenue regarding a scam. The complainant told police that some unknown suspect(s) breached her computer, stole her information, and used her credit card.
*Brownwood City Marshal arrested 27-year-old Joeleliza Pesina Arellano on warrants for failure to appear and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
*Brown County Sheriff’s office arrested 23-year-old Timothy Scott Richardson of Brady on a warrant for motion to revoke – possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
