Monday, June 22
*4:30 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2500 block of Belle Plain regarding a burglary.
*4:35 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding theft. According to the report, a pair of pearl and gold earrings was stolen from a home on 3rd Street.
*4:44 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant regarding an assault in the 700 block of Cordell Street which happened on Saturday night. The suspect is known, the report states.
*5:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of 7th Street regarding the burglary of a building.
Tuesday, June 23
*9:38 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Clark Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.
*6:04 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft. According to the report, a black and white Chihuahua was taken from in front of the complainant’s home on W. Main Blvd.
*7:54 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a residence in Brownwood regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, a wallet had been stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the 1000 block of 4th Street. The complainant stated that this was the second time items had been stolen from the vehicle when it was left unlocked, the report states.*10:37 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 3300 block of Stephen F. Austin regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, a suspect shot out the window of the complainant’s home. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*10:58 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1600 block of 7th Street regarding criminal mischief. According to the report, an unknown person shot one of the windows of his residence.
*Brownwood Police arrested 53-year-old James Anthony Bilbrey of Brownwood on a warrant related to a parole violation.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Roger Lynn Camp of Bangs on a warrant related to a parole violation.
*Early Police arrested 57-year-old Kelly Malone of Early for assault causes bodily injury.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 35-year-old Vanessa Marie Miller on a warrant related to failure to report change of address/name.
