Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, June 22, 2010

Thursday June 17

*Brownwood Police responded to a report of a burglary of a building.  Eight storage buildings had been broken into.  At the time of the report, no stolen items had been reported and there were no known suspects.

*Brownwood Police responded to a report of a stolen bicycle in the 2800 block of Southside.

Monday June 21

*Brownwood City Marshal Dean Kilburn arrested 44-year-old Martin D. Fallon III on an outstanding theft warrant.   46-year-old Patricia Ann Fallon and 21-year-old Martin Dear Fallon were also arrested for Hindering Apprehension or Prosecution of a Known Felon.

*Bangs Police Department arrested 22-year-old Darrel Wayne Turner, Jr. of Rising Star for Public Intoxication.

*Brownwood Police responded to a report of stolen medication from the 1100 block of 11th Street.  A woman reported that someone stole her grandson’s ADHD/Depression medication.

*Brownwood Police confiscated a pistol after a woman reported her father was angry about a male subject driving and wrecking his vehicle.  The father reportedly wanted to confront the subject and was planning on taking his pistol with him.  The daughter took the pistol from her father, who left the scene.  Police took the pistol at the daughter’s request for safekeeping until the man was thinking more clearly.

*Police responded to a report of a go-cart that had been stolen from under a carport in the 2700 block of North Main Street.

Tuesday June 22

* Early Police Officer Steven Means located a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a local business in the 1000 block of Early Blvd police reports state.  Officer Means identified the driver as 18-year-old Jeffery Jay Daniel and the Passenger as 19-year-old Jordan Cole Means.

When Officer Means asked them what they were doing, they replied that they were waiting on an individual to bring them some marijuana the report states.  Officer Means began to check further and located marijuana seeds in the front floor.  Officer Means searched the vehicle and located a baggie of marijuana in the vehicle.  Both Daniel and Means were arrested for Possession of Marijuana in a Drug Free Zone.

*Brownwood Police arrested 23-year-old Brandon Lee French of Coleman after dispatch received a 911 call from a woman they could hear yelling for someone to get off of her, then the phone disconnected.  According to the police report, the call originated from a home in the 300 block of Bluffview Drive.  The victim stated that she and French had been arguing and that French took her keys and cell phone, disconnecting the 911 call she was making to get assistance, then he ran from the scene.  The victim’s nephew ran after French and asked him to give back the belongings which he eventually did.  According to the report, French was belligerent to police and continued to curse when instructed by police to stop.  Believing that French interrupted the victim’s call for help, Brownwood Police arrested French for Interfering with a 911 call and charged him with Disorderly Conduct.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
