Friday, May 29

*10:28 AM – Brown County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a property on County Road 551 regarding an incident of criminal mischief in progress.  According to the report, the deputies were advised by the complainant that her ex-boyfriend had just punched and shattered the left side view mirror on her truck.  Law enforcement searched the area for the suspect; however, they were unable to locate and detain him.

*2:26 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a property on CR 146 in reference to the burglary of a storage building.  According to the report, the complainant stated that items were missing from his storage building which had been forcefully opened.  The stolen items included a water pump and hand-made steel tools and were valued at approximately $300.00, the report states.  Through an investigation, the deputy observed that the unoccupied residence had been forcefully entered also, but that no items were missing from inside the residence, according to the report.

Saturday, May 30

*1:46 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a residence on Waterford Drive regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, the complainant stated that she had been hit on the head by a relative, causing her pain after a verbal argument.

*2:37 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Emerald Drive regarding a theft that had occurred.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person had recently stolen the throttle levers from two of his jet skis.

*4:19 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy received a report of credit/debit card abuse.   According to the report, several unauthorized withdrawals from her bank account were made from an ATM in Juarez, Mexico.

*7:03 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to CR 608 regarding an unwanted person.  The complainant explained that his mother’s ex-boyfriend came to the property and refused to leave. The suspect had eventually left before the deputy’s arrival; however, the complainant’s mother was very upset and wished for a trespass warning to be issued to the ex-boyfriend because she did not want him back on her property, the report states.

Sunday, May 31

*8:29 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the area of CR 467 regarding the theft of a cell phone.  The complainant stated that a male subject had stolen her cell phone, valued at $100, from her porch.

Monday, June 1

*10:51 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of 14th Street regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant advised that someone shot out the front window of her home with a pellet gun.  This call led to the arrest of 18-year-old Gerardo Mares for criminal mischief over $50 less than $500 and possession of drug paraphernalia.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Farrah Renee Boykin of Brownwood on a San Saba County warrant related to assault causes bodily injury.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 19-year-old Hallie Shae Crouch of Brownwood on a warrant related to disorderly conduct/fighting.

*Brownwood Police arrested 33-year-old Michael Howard of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear, two counts of prohibited substance in a correctional facility.  Howard was released on a $45,000 bond.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Jonathon Colby Moore of Brownwood on a warrant related to no non-resident fishing license.

*Brownwood Police arrested 40-year-old Joanne Robles of Brownwood on warrants related to theft of services equal or greater than $20 less than $500 and theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.

Tuesday, June 2

*Brownwood Police arrested 33-year-old Chris Brent Appleton of Brady on a parole warrant.

*Brownwood Police arrested 39-year-old Mary Jean Harrell of Brownwood for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams.  Harrell was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.

*Brownwood Police arrested 34-year-old Larry Don Knight of Brownwood for manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams.  Knight was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of a $20,000 bond as of Tuesday morning.

*Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Lancer Teague of Brownwood for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.
