Friday, June 13

*5:25 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property on County Road 572 where the resident reported that someone had dumped trash on her property, in the pasture behind the residence.   The deputy observed a large mound of dirt with rocks and broken clay pipe pieces mixed in it, along with piles of mulch, the report states.

Monday, June 16

*1:01 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of W. Commerce regarding fraud.  According to the report, the complainant/victim reported that a check had been stolen and cashed for $495.  Two suspects have been identified in the incident.

*4:39 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3700 block of Austin Avenue, Smile Crafters, regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the manager stated that someone had damaged the outside central air unit of the building.

*6:22 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 900 block of Booker Street regarding theft.  According to the report, approximately $10-20 was stolen from a tip jar at Ricardo’s Tortilla Bakery.

Tuesday, June 17

*8:02 AM – Brownwood Police responded to Wal-Mart regarding theft.  According to the report, loss prevention employees had a female detained for theft.  This call led to the arrest of 66-year-old Linda Dianne Lewis of Santa Anna for theft greater than $50 less than $500.  Items stolen included various food items, donuts, sodas, and a banana pie, the report states.

*11:18 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 900 block of Booker Street, Ricardo’s Tortilla Bakery, regarding theft.  According to the report, a tip jar, which contained an unknown amount of money, was stolen at approximately 9:30 a.m.  The tip jar had $10-20 stolen from it the day before, according to police reports and the incident was captured on the business’s surveillance video, the report states.

*2:33 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1300 block of 11th Street regarding theft.  According to the report, a John Deer push mower was stolen from the yard of the residence.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*3:32 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of W. Commerce regarding theft.  According to the report, electronic equipment had been stolen from the complainant’s boat.

*6:30 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2600 block of 1st Street regarding criminal mischief.   According to the report, the complainant reported more than $500 damage to his vehicle and wished to pursue charges if a suspect can be identified, the report states.

*10:55 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of Santa Clara Drive regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that at approximately 10:00 p.m. an unknown suspect broke the front and rear windshields of his vehicle.  An investigation was begun and at the time of the report, no further leads were developed, the report states.  The investigation is ongoing, police state.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 31-year-old Isaac Eli Alvarez of Brownwood on a warrant related to tamper/fabricate physical evidence.

*Brownwood Police arrested 26-year-old Rebecca Kay Belveal of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 42-year-old Ruben Cadena of Brownwood on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.  Cadena was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 51-year-old Ernesto Martinez Delgado of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Sunshine Sliger Dudley of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $1500 less than $20,000.

*Brownwood Police arrested 18-year-old Tiffany Lashawn McDowell of Brownwood for disorderly conduct.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Chad Michael Norman of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to revoke/burglary of a building.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Jerimy Glen Patterson of May on warrants related to theft of property equal or greater than $1500 less than $20,000 and motion to revoke/failure to register as sex offender.  Patterson was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond as of Wednesday morning.

*Early Police arrested 28-year-old Gregory Purcella of Comanche for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*23-year-old Carrie Michelle Thetford of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to theft.

Wednesday, June 18

*20-year-old Lauren Bateman of Frisco was arrested for possession of marijuana less than or equal to 2 ounces in a drug free zone.

*22-year-old Max Cameron Muirhead of Blanket turned himself in on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $1500 less than $20,000.
