Law enforcement arrests and reports released Wednesday, May 7, 2014.

*10:48 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Monticello Street regarding the theft of several metal items from the complainant’s backyard.
*5:40 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant reported that 18-year-old Mason Walker Day of Brownwood and 17-year-old Kyler Don Walls of Early attempted to leave the store without paying for fishing tackle valued at $55.32. Subsequently, both Day and Walls were arrested and charged with theft of property greater than $50 less than $500.
*6:59 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1600 block of 4th Street regarding theft. According to the report, a window out of the back door of a vacant house had been stolen.
*9:29 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding theft. According to the report, known suspects allegedly stole several of the complainant’s personal items while it was in storage.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy Taylor Fletcher received a report of theft from a residence on Dillard Drive. According to the report, approximately $4000 worth of appliances had been taken from an abandoned residence in the area.
*28-year-old Alisha Gail Byrd of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to credit/debit card abuse.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Billy Wayne Curtis of Zephyr on a warrant related to non compliance/possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Tommy Wayne Lindley of Brownwood on a warrant related to 2nd motion to revoke/forgery.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 39-year-old Lorena Rivera Mantos of Brownwood on a warrant related to hinder apprehension.
*Bangs Police arrested 21-year-old Brittany Michaela Richardson on Bangs municipal warrants related to failure to appear and driving while license invalid.
*Bangs Police arrested 27-year-old Ricky Leshawn Smith of Bangs on a Bangs municipal warrant related to no driver’s license.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Mickey Ray Warren of Austin on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/counts I-VI Forgery. Warren was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
