Law enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, May 5, 2016

*7:39 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of Bluffview Drive regarding theft of service. According to the report, the complainant stated that a known male suspect was stealing electricity from a neighboring apartment.
*2:00 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a residence on Skyview Court regarding fraud. According to the report, the complainant stated that she had been subject to a scam.
*4:14 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1300 block of Durham Avenue regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, a fight had occurred between two relatives and had been a physical altercation which started with a disagreement over the care of their elderly mother. The situation was settled by separation.
*5:04 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence in the Cross Cut area regarding a civil matter. According to the report, the complainant advised his neighbor’s mule had attacked his animals and he had shot the mule.
*8:24 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 200 block of E. Commerce regarding a male subject falling in the street. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 62-year-old Julian Valdez for public intoxication.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Linda Kay Cargile of Orange Grove, Texas on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/credit card abuse.
*Howard Payne University Department of Public Safety arrested 19-year-old Elijah Dantzer of Brownwood on a warrant related to possession of marijuana.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Cynthia Dolores Marshall of Blanket, Texas on warrants related to motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams and theft of property greater than $20 less than $500.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Bobby Vonzell Tillman of Fort Worth, Texas on a warrant related to child support.
