Wednesday, May 28

*3:51 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to the Brown County Jail regarding an assault between inmates.

*9:18 – Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to a residence on County Road 367 in May.  The complainants said that a subject would not stay away from their residence.  The deputy issued a criminal trespass warning to the suspect.

Thursday, May 29

*7:12 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2600 block of Southside Drive in reference to a theft. The complainant stated that a suspect stole several items of jewelry from the residence. Investigation is ongoing

*8:35 AM – Brownwood Police spoke with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding theft.  The complainant said that his power tools were taken from a home on 16th Street on Sunday, May 25th.

*12:50 PM – Brownwood Police spoke with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding a hit-and-run.  Reporting party stated he was grazed by an oncoming vehicle while doing roadway work near the intersection of Austin and Wood.  This event appears accidental, but is pending further investigation.

*2:41 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the Law Enforcement Center regarding theft. The complainant stated that a suspect had forged checks on her father’s account. Investigation is ongoing.

*3:37 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1700 block of Main Blvd in reference to a theft. Upon arriving to the location, the officer made contact with the complainant who stated that someone had stolen his battery out of his silver Ford F-150 pickup. The male also stated that an old battery had also been stolen from inside of his yard.

*4:58 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy spoke to a complainant regarding fraud.  The complainant said that he had several pending charges on his bank account that he did not authorize.  A possible suspect was named.

*6:08 PM – Brownwood Police were called to a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident in the 2600 block of Elizabeth Dr.  After arriving, an investigation discovered that the victim of the accident was accused of assault family violence and interfering with an emergency call.  A report was generated and evidence collected.  The victim of the assault was issued a notice to adult victims of family violence form.

*6:30 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 500 block of 7th St in reference to theft. Upon arrival, police met with complainant. The complainant advised that a known suspect stole her prescription medication. A report was filed at the complainant’s request.

*7:08 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence on Highway 183 regarding theft.  The complainant said that someone keeps stealing her prescription drugs.  A possible suspect was named.

*9:03 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy responded to Brownwood Regional Medical Center regarding a dog bite.  A citation was issued to the owner of the dog for having an unvaccinated dog.

*9:07 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of Irma St in reference to harassment.  A report was made after the suspect was advised numerous times not to contact the complainant but continued to do so.

*10:12 PM – Brownwood Police spoke with a complainant by phone in reference to an assault that had occurred at the sports complex. The complainant advised she was poked in the chest by a known subject, causing the complainant pain. The complainant did wish to pursue charges and a report was filed at her request.

*Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Johnny Junior Delgado of Wichita Falls for Assault Causes Bodily Injury.

*Brownwood Police arrested 42-year-old Sheila Renee Jones of Brownwood on a Taylor County warrant for Theft of Property greater than or equal to $20 and less than $500 by check.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old Dustin Wayne Lindley of Brownwood for Possession of a Controlled Substance, Tamper/Fabricate Physical Evidence and Possession of Marijuana.

*Texas Juvenile Justice Department arrested 17-year-old Kristen Kay Rake of Livingston, Texas for Assault on a Public Servant.

*Robert Rios, 28-years-old from Brownwood, turned himself in on a warrant for Driving While Intoxicated.

*Brownwood Police arrested 41-year-old Kelvin Dewayne Russell of Brownwood for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

* Texas Juvenile Justice Department arrested 17-year-old Myriah Thomas of Brownwood on a warrant for Assault on a Public Servant.

*Texas Juvenile Justice Department arrested 17-year-old Olivia Sophia Toomer of Sweeny, TX on a warrant for Assault on a Public Servant.

Friday, May 30

*Early Police arrested 52-year-old Ray Garcia Hernandez of Brownwood for Driving While License Invalid with previous convictions.
