Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, May 3, 2016
Monday, May 2
*6:36 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 1000 block of Early Blvd for a defective left brake light. According to the report, this stop led to the arrest of the driver, identified as 20-year-old Brandon Lynn Buffington of Early, for driving while license invalid without liability insurance.
*6:47 PM – Brownwood Police received a phone call from a complainant regarding a possible case of interference with child custody.
*8:00 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3400 block of 3rd Street regarding the theft of a firearm.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Jacob Alonzo Gomez of Brownwood on warrants related to possession of a controlled substance and motion to adjudicate/possession of a controlled substance.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 27-year-old Sarah Rose Neuse of Brownwood on warrants related to theft and failure to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 46-year-old Tonya Denise Walters of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate.Tuesday, May 3
*Brownwood Police arrested 24-year-old Joel Larrea of Brownwood on a warrant related to criminal mischief equal or greater than $500 less than $1500.
