Sunday, May 22
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was called to a residence on County Road 381 for a welfare check on a female. According to the report, the deputy discovered that an incident of assault family violence had occurred earlier in the morning. The victim had apparent injuries to her face, the report states. As a result of this call, the suspect, 36-year-old William Foytik of Goldthwaite was arrested for assault causes bodily injury family violence.
Wednesday, May 25
*7:50 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of E. Commerce, Lednicky Park, regarding public intoxication. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 56-year-old Chester Nolan Williams of Blanket for public intoxication, failure to identify and obstruction and retaliation.
*10: 14 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of S. Broadway Street regarding theft. According to the report, a necklace (valued at $20) was stolen from the business. A suspect has been identified and an investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*11:33 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop which resulted in a report for criminal mischief being filed. The incident took place in the 1600 block of Good Shepherd Drive. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.*Brownwood Police arrested 29-year-old Bobby Dewayne Deshields of Brownwood on an Oklahoma warrant related to driving while intoxicated 2nd.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Ethan Ray Echols of San Tan Valley, Arizona on a warrant related to burglary of a habitation. Echols was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 as of Thursday morning.
*Brownwood Police arrested 19-year-old Nashota Jo Isbell of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft.
*Brownwood Police arrested 32-year-old William O’Neal Nickerson of Brownwood on a warrant related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Nickerson was later released on $35,000 bond.
Thursday, May 26
*1:41 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 2700 block of Vincent Street. According to the report, while conducting the stop, contraband was located and the suspect identified as 22-year-old Anakaren Esquivel of Brownwood was subsequently arrested for the offense of possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
*Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Michael Derek Sain of Brownwood for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
