Friday, May 16
*10:35 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property on FM 586 regarding a possible burglary. According to the report, the victim stated the residence had been trashed; however, it did not appear as if any items were missing from inside of the house. No suspect information was available at the time of the report.
* 2:53 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of 3rd Street regarding theft. According to the report, the complainant advised that sometime during the last month, while he was in jail, someone broke into his home and took his SSI card, food, toiletries, and DVDs. An unauthorized withdrawal of $700 was also made with his SSI card, the report states.
Saturday, May 17
*9:33 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy arrested Don Allen Fitzpatrick for Driving While Intoxicated. Fitzpatrick was arrested after he performed standard field sobriety tests and failed. According to the report, Fitzpatrick consented to provide a blood specimen which was obtained at the Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room. It was determined Fitzpatrick had previous convictions for DWI and was charged with DWI 3rd or more, which is a felony.Monday, May 19
*7:41 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3200 block of Durham Avenue regarding theft. According to the report, a known subject allegedly stole several items from the complainant’s home over a period of two years.
*11:35 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Avenue I regarding theft. According to the report, a known subject stole the complainant’s wallet out of her vehicle earlier in the evening.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with complainants at the Brown County Law Enforcement Center regarding fraudulent use of their credit card. According to the report the complainants had noted an unusual balance on their credit card and determined the card was being used fraudulently.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of the theft of a Porter Cable brand pancake air compressor with 100 feet of air hose. According to the report, the theft occurred on a house construction site located on County Road 399. The stolen items are valued at $175.00. Other tools of value located at the job site were not taken the report states. A possible suspect was named.
*Brownwood Police arrested 27-year-old Joeleliza Pesina Arellano of Brownwood on warrants related to no driver’s license, failure to maintain financial responsibility and failure to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Lekurt Kwame Fisher of Abilene on a warrant related to aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 50-year-old Paula Renee Foytik of Brownwood on a surety withdrawal. Foytik was being held in the Brown County Jail on $10,000 bond.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Kenneth James Hackett of Electra on a Wichita County warrant related to child support.
*Bangs Police arrested 26-year-old Stacy Ranea Webb Joyce of Brownwood for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Jesse Dale Shackleford of Brownwood for theft of property equal or greater than $500 less than $1500.
*Bangs Police arrested 42-year-old Susan Tamara Vallego of Austin on a Travis County warrant related to a felony probation violation possession of a controlled substance, cocaine.
Tuesday, May 20
*9:11 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the 8600 block of River Run Drive regarding two loose donkeys. The donkeys were located and transported to the Brown County Sheriff’s Office.
*5:26 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart regarding theft. According to the report, 26-year-old Jerrid Scott May and 22-year-old Julie Jeanette Alvarado May, both of Brownwood were arrested and charged with theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500. Jerrid May was also issued a criminal trespass warning for the property. Total value of items stolen was $239.44, the report states.
*7:38 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the area of Vincent Street and Coggin Avenue regarding a domestic disturbance. The male involved in the incident was located and stated that he had been in a verbal argument with a female; however, later the female came into the law enforcement center and reported that she had been physically assaulted during the incident.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft. According to the report, the complainant’s son had seen some men cutting up metal on some property that the complainant owns on Hwy 279. The son had told the men to unload the metal they had loaded; however, it was noticed that the metal which had been cut up was gone, the report states. The metal, valued at $61.00 was found at Brownwood Iron & Metal, according to the report.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a scam. According to the report, the complainant received a call from a man, Lieutenant Sporty Jones who claimed to be with the Brown County Sheriff’s Office. He told the complainant that she had failed to show for a jury summons and must now pay a fine of $2,000 or face jail time. The complainant submitted the payment with four Green Dot Money Pak cards, the report states. The complainant then went to the Brown County Courthouse as she was directed and learned there was no such person or a fine according to the report.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Michael Anthony Ouchi of Grayford on a warrant related to failure to appear/three counts of abandon/endanger child.
*29-year-old John Robert Quick turned himself in on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
*Early Police arrested 23-year-old Samantha Stevens of Brownwood on warrants related to display expired registration and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
