Thursday, May 7
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to the Brookesmith ISD, located on FM 586 South, regarding an issue with a parent. According to the report, this call led to the issuance of a trespass warning being issued to the parent at the request of the superintendent.
Monday, May 11
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a stray Brangus heifer on FM 590 near the Comanche County line. According to the report, the ranch operator arranged to bring the heifer into the estray pens at the Sheriff’s Office after the owner could not be located.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Roland Eugene Burkes of Brownwood on a warrant related to forgery of a financial instrument.
*Brownwood Police arrested 19-year-old Trevor Jacob Delarosa of Early on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/possession of marijuana.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Regina Yvonne Holmes of Bangs on warrants related to failure to maintain financial responsibility, failure to appear, violate promise to appear, speeding 10% or more above posted speed.*Brownwood Police arrested 22-year-old Sarah Elizabeth Jackson of Coleman for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Bangs Police arrested 23-year-old Kalham Andrew Salazar of Santa Anna on a warrant related to driving while intoxicated.
