Monday, May 9

*11:39 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding an accident.  According to the report, the complainant stated his vehicle was struck while in an unknown parking lot.

Tuesday, May 10

*9:26 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a known suspect stole her cell phone.

*10:27 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft.  According to the report, a suspect was detained by store employees when the officer arrived.  This call led to the arrest of the suspect, identified as 34-year-old Jason Lynn Reiger of Zephyr, Texas for theft of property equal or greater than $100 less than $750.

*10:53 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Burnett Street regarding theft of property.  According to the report, the complainant stated that someone had stolen her deceased husband’s cell phone.

*5:52 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2500 block of Waco Street regarding the burglary of a habitation.

*9:52 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Borden Street regarding a suspicious call.  According to the report, an investigation was conducted and two suspects were identified.  A report for theft of property equal or greater than $100 less than $750 was taken and the case is pending further investigation, according to police.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy received a tip regarding a public nuisance, a pile of tires in the front yard of a residence. According to the report, the deputy spoke with the resident who stated he had placed the tires in his front yard.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*Early Police arrested 19-year-old Ryan Gould of Lubbock for possession of marijuana.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 27-year-old Sarah Rose Neuse of Brownwood on warrants related to theft and failure to appear.

Wednesday, May 11

*Brownwood Police arrested 23-year-old Jacklyn Meagan Harvick of Dublin for assault causes bodily injury family violence.

*41-year-old Gabriel Perez was arrested on Guadalupe County warrants related to speeding 10% or more above posted speed, driving while license invalid and violate promise to appear.
