Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, April 7th.

Wednesday, April 6

*6:43pm-A Brownwood Police stopped 58-year-old Jimmy Doyle Allison for a traffic offense.  Allison was found to be intoxicated according to police reports.  After failing sobriety tests, Allison was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated, 1st and transported to Brownwood Regional medical Center for a voluntary blood draw.  He was then transported to the Brown County Jail.

*7:20pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of Southside Drive regarding a possible domestic disturbance.  Two subjects were identified.  One of which, 34-year-old Jewel Thomas Jarmon Newton was arrested for Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct after an investigation.

*9:21pm-Brownwood police responded to the 2500 block of N. Main Street regarding a male who was bleeding profusely from his right arm.  According to Brownwood Police officials, the man had broken the window out of the complainant’s friend’s vehicle shortly before the officer’s arrival.  The responding officer made contact with the male who was identified as 31-year-old Jason Lee Lawson.  Dispatch informed the officer that Lawson had a current active criminal trespass warning for the address.  After being released by EMS, Lawson was arrested for Criminal Trespass.

*Texas Parks and Wildlife Department arrested 45-year-old Bryce Ratliff for Boating While Intoxicated.

Thursday, April 7

*2:45am-Several Brownwood Police officers dispatched to a residence in the 2000 block of Avenue I regarding a possible disturbance.  According to police, a woman identified as 39-year-old Tonya Elizabeth Blunt was arrested after she failed sobriety test which were performed in a lot across from the residence.  Blunt was charged with Public Intoxication.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
