Tuesday, April 29

*9:44 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 900 block of 11th Street regarding the burglary of a habitation.

*11:37 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of 6th Street regarding an assault.  According to the report, a female was found to have been assaulted by three different family members at the address.

*1:08 PM – Brownwood Police responded to a residence on Canyon Creek regarding fraud.

*3:45 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of E. Baker regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, the suspect in the incident was no longer on scene.  During the call the victim indicated that she had been restrained inside of a vehicle by her ex-spouse.

*9:46 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of Brady Avenue to the report of a subject attempting to break into a residence.  According to the report, it was discovered that 24-year-old Ronnie Pena of Brownwood had forcibly broken into the residence in an attempt to fight one of the occupants.  Pena was located after fleeing the scene and was charged with burglary with intent to commit assault.

*9:59 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Durham Avenue regarding theft.  According to the report, several items had been stolen from the complainant’s residence.  A suspect has been identified, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Kelly Joe McKiearnan of Bertram after a traffic stop led to the discovery that McKiearnan was in possession of Xanax pills that were not prescribed to him, according to a report.  Subsequently, he was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams.

*45-year-old Amy Beth Bailey of Brownwood turned herself in on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 46-year-old Bernard Crowder of Brownwood a Comanche County warrant for her arrest/surety withdrawal related to possession of a controlled substance enhanced.

*32-year-old Andrew Lawrence Ewing of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old Jeffrey Paul Lynn of Brownwood on a warrant related to failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance/drug free zone.
