Friday, March 30
*7:29pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Avenue E regarding a report of domestic violence. According to the report, officers met with the complainant who stated that her father had assaulted her.
Saturday, March 31
*10:42pm-Brownwood Police responded to an alarm at Wild Bill’s Pawn Shop at 1009 N. Fisk Street. According to the report, the front door glass of the Small Animal Medical Center had been broken out. The two businesses are adjoining in the same building.
Tuesday, April 2
*4:13pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Avenue B regarding an assault. According to the report, a juvenile was fighting with his legal guardian on the ground when police arrived. The complainant stated to police that the juvenile had assaulted him and a female that lives at the residence, the report states. The juvenile was arrested and taken to the juvenile detention center.
*11:40pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Hemphill regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, investigation showed that 28-year-old Joe Angel Tijerina had assaulted his wife and was placed under arrest and charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury Strangulation Family Violence. The victim refused medical treatment according to the report.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jacob Cooper for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence.
All arrestees are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
