*11:38 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop on Hwy 279 near the intersection of County Road 152 related to a speeding violation. According to the report, the driver 26-year-old Raul Sanchez-Perez of Cross Plains was arrested for no driver’s license. Immigration was contacted and a detainer was placed on Sanchez-Perez by their agency, the report states.
*4:21 PM – A Brownwood Police officer was patrolling in the 4200 block of US 377 South when he observed a subject, identified as Luis Gerardo Alvarado, driving a vehicle in the parking area of the 377 Villas apartments. According to the report, the officer knew Alvarado to have seven outstanding felony warrants for his arrest from Coleman County. The warrants related to three counts of sexual assault and four counts of solicitation of a minor, jail records indicate. Alvarado was arrested for the outstanding warrants and was found in possession of marijuana, the report states. Alvarado was additionally charged with possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces. Alvarado is being held at the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $50,000.*6:19 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1100 block of Irma Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, dispatched advised officers that the complainant stated that her daughter had threatened to assault her and then fled the scene. A juvenile subject was located and taken into custody and later released with a citation for assault threat or offensive touch – family violence.
*9:19 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Irma Street regarding an alleged incident of indecency with a child.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old Rebecca Kay Belveal on a warrant related to assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Thomas Loyed Carroll on a warrant related to bail jumping and failure to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Shawn Lee Hickey on a warrant related to assault causes bodily injury family violence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 57-year-old Silvester L. Jones, Jr. of Early on a warrant related to indecent exposure.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 47-year-old Phillip Lloyd Lemmons on a warrant related to burglary of a building. Lemmons is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bond.
*40-year-old Terry Lightfoot of Crane turned himself in on a Crane County warrant related to contempt of court.
*31-year-old Eric Lopez turned himself in on a warrant related to purchase furnish alcohol to a minor.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 21-year-old Kerri Renae Ramoz on a warrant related to criminal trespass.
*38-year-old Robert Rodriguez turned himself in on a warrant for his arrest related to purchase furnish alcohol to minor.
Thursday, April 25
*Brownwood Police arrested 19-year-old Terry Lee Reed, Jr. for public intoxication.
