Monday, April 22

*5:17 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of 10th Street regarding a fight in progress.  According to the report, two roommates had been involved in a mutual combat altercation and neither party wished to pursue charges.  Photos were taken of injuries and both parties were given information about family violence.

*7:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Wal-Mart regarding theft less than $50.

*8:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Walgreen’s, 200 W. Commerce regarding an anonymous call from the business requesting an officer.  According to police, the subject refused to identify and appeared to be under the influence; however no medication could be found on the individual, later identified as 31-year-old Robert Mack Walters of Coleman.  The call led to Walters’ arrest for disorderly conduct.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy received a report of a scam.  According to the report, the complainant bought George Strait tickets from a Craigslist ad for $400 and never received the tickets.  The complainant stated that she is unable to make contact with the seller, the report states.

*28-year-old Natasha Monique Feltner turned herself in on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 4 less than 28 grams.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Robert Glen James on warrants related to continuous assault bodily injury family violence, failure to appear/possession of a dangerous drug, and a parole violation.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Sara Jo Day Newton of Bangs for motion to adjudicate related to theft of property by check equal to or greater than $20 less than $500.

*31-year-old Sylvia Dora Perez was arrested on a warrant for theft.

*The U.S. Marshal’s Office arrested 39-year-old Larry Boyd Wren of Clyde on warrants related to engage in organized criminal activity, tamper/fabricate physical evidence, and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
