Monday, April 20

*7:21 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the area of Market Place Blvd. and Market Street.  This stop led to the arrest of 25-year-old David Bradley Jenkins of Brownwood for the offense of possession of marijuana less than or equal to 2 ounces.

*11:45 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Winston Street regarding two dangerous pit bull dogs running at large.  According to the report, the dogs got into her fenced yard and attacked her border collie, which died as a result of the attack.

*Early Police arrested 49-year-old Bobby Clay Browne of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to revoke/assault.

*Brownwood Police arrested 46-year-old Christopher Hardaway of Bangs on a warrant for public intoxication.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 18-year-old David Miller of Brownwood on warrants related to failure to appear/aggravated sexual assault of a child and failure to appear/indecency with a child.  Miller was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $120,000 as of Tuesday morning.

*38-year-old Mario Anthony Narro of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/theft

Tuesday, April 21

*1:02 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was on patrol when he noticed a pickup truck driving with a defective headlight.  According to the report, the driver, identified as 24-year-old Arron Shane White of Brownwood had a suspended driver’s license.  White was arrested for driving while license invalid.

*4:17 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a burglary in progress at a residence on Matthew Trey Lane.  According to the report, the suspect was identified and located in the intersection of Field Drive and Hwy 279 but evaded on his motorcycle.  The resident of the home had come into the residence and found a window air conditioner had been pushed into her living room, the report states.  The resident then checked the house, did not find anything missing to her knowledge, but found the suspect asleep in her bed, according to the report.  She woke the male suspect and he left on the motorcycle, the deputy reported.

*Brownwood Police arrested 41-year-old Triem Truong of Arlington on a Tarrant County warrant related to nonpayment of child support.
