*12:48 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Dublin Drive regarding an assault.  According to the report, 60-year-old Michael Wayne Adams was arrested for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and interfere with emergency telephone call.

*5:39 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 200 block of Yale Street regarding theft.

*5:53 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart, 401 W. Commerce, regarding a hit and run accident.  According to the report, the complainant’s vehicle was damaged while she was shopping inside the store.

*7:31 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Slayden Street regarding disorderly conduct with juveniles fighting.

*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence located on FM 2525 regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, the victim, a 48-year-old female reported that $19,470.00 worth of jewelry was stolen from her residence.  A suspect has been named and criminal charges are being pursued, the report states.

*Brownwood Police arrested 31-year-old Quienton Donyale Franklin on two warrants from Brown County for aggravated assault causes bodily injury family violence with weapon and burglary of a habitation with intent to commit assault and a Dallas County warrant for assault family violence.  Franklin is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $203,000.

*Brownwood Police arrested 58-year-old Victor V. Gonzales on a warrant related to public intoxication.

*21-year-old Antonio Martinez, Jr. turned himself in on warrants for his arrest for motion to adjudicate related to no driver’s license 3rd or more and burglary of a habitation.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 24-year-old John Peter Sutjak II of Monument, Colorado for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces and driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

*Brownwood Police arrested 19-year-old Tyler Keith Neal Teague on warrants related to failure to appear and consumption of alcohol by minor.

*Brownwood Police arrested 26-year-old Lorenzo Cassidy Villareal for Continual Sexual Abuse of a Child under 14.
