Tuesday, March 8
*11:21 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Magnolia regarding criminal mischief.
*2:06 PM – A Brownwood Police officer made a traffic stop for expired registration in the 1000 block of Avenue W. According to the report, during the stop, it was determined that the driver, identified as 43-year-old Carmen Moore of Brownwood, had a suspended driver’s license and was operating the vehicle without insurance. Moore was arrested for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspension and failure to maintain financial responsibility.
*6:47 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a residence on Apache Court regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 47-year-old Gerald Duffy of Brownwood for assault causes bodily injury family violence. A search of the back of the patrol unit Duffy was transported to jail in revealed methamphetamine, the report states. Duffy was additionally charged with possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Shawn Lee Davison of Brownwood for possession of controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone and tamper/fabricate physical evidence.*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 34-year-old Carl Eugene Franklin of Brownwood on a warrant related to a surety withdrawal for delivery of a controlled substance.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old Linley Rachelle Rinehart of Brownwood on a Scurry County warrant related to motion to adjudicate/driving while license invalid/with previous conviction and a Snyder Municipal Court warrant related to driving while license invalid.
*Early Police arrested 31-year-old Joshua James Stovall of Early on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
Wednesday, March 9
*Early Police arrested 24-year-old Isidro Efrain Guerrero of Comanche on a warrant related to criminal mischief equal or greater than $2000 less than $30,000.
