Wednesday, March 6

*3:39 PM – Brownwood Police were called to 401 W. Commerce, Wal-Mart, regarding theft.  According to the report, a loss prevention employee witnessed a female subject conceal items  in her purse on two separate occasions and attempt to leave the store without making any attempt to pay for the concealed items.  The female was issued a citation and at the request of the store representatives, issued a trespass warning.

*6:40 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 600 block of Norwood Street regarding a burglary of a building.  According to the report, the complainant stated that two individuals entered his garage without permission and stole several gas power tools.  A description of the stolen items and the identification of the two subjects were provided.  No arrests had been made at the time of the report.

*8:21 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a residence in the 3500 block of Longhorn Lane regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant advised that three known subjects damaged the hood of his daughter’s car when they jumped onto it after school this date.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Joshua Dale Allcorn of Waco on four warrants related to burglary of a habitation, failure to appear-possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces, failure to identify, and theft of property equal to or greater than $50 less than $500.  Allcorn is being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $56,000.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 23-year-old Ronnie Pena of Comanche on a warrant related to Theft greater than $1500 less than $20,000.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 37-year-old Christopher James Sewar of Houston on a warrant for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Cynthia Darlene Webb on a bench warrant to testify in a trial.

Thursday, March 7

*Jerry Douglas Allen, Jr. turned himself in on a warrant related to public intoxication.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 29-year-old Tristan Miles Tomme for driving while intoxicated 3rd or more.
