Monday, March 5

*4:02pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Monticello Street regarding possible identity theft.

*4:22pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Avenue D regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, a ladies purse was taken by an unknown suspect.

Tuesday, March 6

*12:52pm-Brownwood Police were called to Wal-Mart regarding a male in a vehicle possibly having medical issues.  According to the report, the officer made contact with the male, identified as 26-year-old Howard Owen Neil Douglas, and placed him under arrest for Inhale/Ingest a Volatile Chemical.

*5:37pm-Brownwood Police responded to the 2100 block of 16th Street regarding a welfare check.  According to the report, police made contact with the subject in question who appeared to be in good health.  While speaking with subject, she stated that she had found some property in her vehicle that she wished to be disposed of.

*6:10pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1300 block of 13th Street regarding lost property.

*7:06pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of Durham regarding a hit and run accident.  No suspect information was available at the time of the report.

*8:35pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Almond Street regarding a runaway juvenile.  According to the report, the complainant stated that one of her foster children had not returned home from school.

*10:55pm-A Brownwood Police officer made a traffic stop in the 1000 block of Coggin Avenue.  According to the report, the driver of the vehicle, identified as 22-year-old Scotty Dale Ray Hays, was arrested for Driving While License Invalid/No Insurance.

Wednesday, March 7

*2:09am-Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of W. Commerce regarding public intoxication.  According to the report, 44-year-old Ronnie Lee Patterson was arrested without incident at Allsups for Public Intoxication with 3 or More Prior Convictions.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
