Wednesday, March 4

*3:31 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy received notification from an official with the Texas Department of Health about a skunk which tested positive for rabies  at a location on Pioneer Road in Brookesmith.

*4:21 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with a complainant who advised that she wanted to criminally trespass a relative from her residence.

*6:17 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Vine Street regarding a domestic disturbance involving a firearm.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 25-year-old Harvil Dewayne Hicks of Brownwood for possession of a firearm by felon and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence.

*24-year-old Timothy Glenn Bell was arrested on warrants related to motion to revoke/evading arrest and motion to revoke/theft against elderly individual.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Carlos Amado Gonzales of Brownwood on a warrant related to a surety withdrawal/failure to appear/possession of a controlled substance.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Willie Franco Hernandez of Brownwood for burglary of a habitation, intend other felony.  Hernandez was later released on $25,000 bond.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 25-year-old James Lee Kinsey of Bangs on warrants related to motion to revoke/possession of marijuana less 2 ounces and failure to appear/driving while license invalid with previous conviction.  Kinsey was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $20,000.

*Brown County Sheriff’s office arrested 44-year-old Tracy Dianne Turner of Denton on a warrant related to failure to appear/theft by check.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53-year-old Pamela Ann Wilson of Santa Anna on a warrant related to motion to revoke/theft of property.

Thursday, March 5

*9:39 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of LaMonte regarding the violation of a protective order.  According to the report, this call led to the arrest of 40-year-old Orlando Cruz Ochoa of Lockhart for violation of a protective order.

*1:56 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 600 block of N. Center Avenue, Hastings, regarding theft.  According to the report, as a result of this call, a juvenile was taken into custody and charged with fraudulent destruction or removal of writings.

*2:58 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 600 block of E. Adams Street regarding the theft of a motor vehicle.  According to the report, the complainant’s white 1997 Ford F-150 single cab pick-up was stolen.  The truck is reported to have a damaged tailgate and a silver sticker that reads “skyhawk” on the tailgate.

*3:11 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2400 block of Songbird Circle regarding a follow-up.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*4:33 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop which resulted in the driver surrendering a small marijuana pipe.  The driver, identified as 38-year-old Daniel Madrid of Bangs was placed under arrest for possession of drug paraphernalia.

*8:04 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2200 block of Avenue B regarding theft.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Robert Glen James of Brownwood on warrants related to evading arrest and a parole violation.  James was being held on a $50,000 bond as of Friday morning.
