*10:33pm-Brownwood Police met with a complainant in the 1000 block of San Benito regarding an animal bite by a family owned dog. According to the report, the incident happened at the complainant’s ex-husband’s residence. The 12-year-old male victim stated that he was mauled while he was at his father’s residence the previous day, the report states. According to the report, the boy reported being bit on the right shin and left thigh and that the attacks were unprovoked. The officer observed bruising to the boy’s right shin which did not appear consistent with a dog bite nor was the coloration consistent with the time frame provided by the victim, according to the officer’s report. During the course of the investigation, it was learned that the incident occurred in Comanche at the father’s residence; however due to the violent history between the complainant and her ex-husband and the ongoing problems they are having, a report was generated locally, the report states. *3:28pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2100 block of Crockett Drive regarding a hit and run accident.
*6:15pm-Brownwood Police were called to a residence on Vincent Street regarding a juvenile problem. According to the report, the complainant stated that her 16-year-old daughter has been having sex with a 24-year-old male. After speaking with the juvenile and the mother, a report for Sexual Assault of a Child was made, the report states.
*8:43pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room regarding disorderly conduct. According to the report, a female subject identified as 54-year-old Regina Schuetze, who was previously brought into the hospital, was arrested for Disorderly Conduct after yelling profanity at the ER staff as she attempted to leave the hospital, according to police reports.
*10:18pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of US Hwy 377S regarding a hit and run accident. According to the report, the complainant advised that an unknown suspect backed into her vehicle and then left the scene.
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 50-year-old Dennis Dwayne Bradley for Driving While License Invalid.
Tuesday, March 6
*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 41-year-old Levisay Kelley Cole Athans for Driving While Intoxicated 1st.
*Early Police Department arrested 32-year-old Lacie Rashel Wilson on four outstanding warrants and Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Grade 1 Equal or Greater than 4 grams Less than 200 grams.
All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
