Monday, March 2
*8:25 AM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding identity theft. According to the report, an unknown suspect(s) are writing checks in the complainant’s mother’s name.
*1:10 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to a south Brownwood home regarding a civil matter. According to the report, the complainant stated that her soon to be ex-husband has been using cameras to spy on her in the privacy of her own residence.
Tuesday, March 3
*4:00 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy received a call to the juvenile detention facility regarding an escaped juvenile. The officer arrived to find the juvenile was already back in custody. The superintendent of the facility faxed a Texas Juvenile Justice Department directive to apprehend to BCSO and signed an order for the juvenile to be taken into custody by BCSO and transported to the Brown County Jail, which was done without incident, according to the deputy’s report.
*4:44 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Walmart regarding theft. According to the report, a juvenile male suspect was issued a citation for the theft.*7:42 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to Corina’s Restaurant parking lot where they met with a juvenile victim of an assault which had just occurred. According to the report, an investigation was conducted. The juvenile appeared to have minor injuries and advised and identified a possible suspect, the report states. Patrol units were unable to make contact with the suspect, according to the report.
*9:12 PM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Belle Plain Street for a violation. This stop led to the arrest of 38-year-old Yldefonso Carrasco of Brownwood for driving while license invalid with previous conviction/suspended without financial responsibility.
*9:55 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy initiated a traffic stop which resulted in a vehicle pursuit that ended with the driver fleeing the scene on foot, according to BCSO reports. Investigations were conducted to find out who the driver of the vehicle was, the report states.
*30-year-old Franke Dee Hull, Jr. of Santa Anna turned himself in on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 23-year-old Ashton Blake Locke of Brownwood on warrants related to expired motor vehicle inspection and expired vehicle registration.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Lucy Ann Ogden of Brownwood on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $500 less than $1500.
*Brownwood Police arrested 21-year-old Brittany Michaela Richardson of Bangs on a warrant related to forgery.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 31-year-old Colby Don Thompson of Early on warrants related to motion to revoke/violate court order, and motion to adjudicate/continuous sexual abuse of a young child. Thompson was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $150,000.
