Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, March 31th.

Thursday, March 24

*7:16pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of 4th Street regarding stolen medications.  According to the report, the complainant stated that 120 Hydrocodone pills had been stolen from him.  Only a first name was known of a female who was a possible suspect the report states.  The complainant did wish to pursue charges if the female suspect was identified.

Tuesday, March 29

*6:29pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1000 block of Cordell Street regarding theft of a vehicle.  According to the report, the complainant stated her 1991 Cadillac Deville had been stolen from her friends’ property.  The complainant named a known suspect.

*9:05pm-A Brownwood Police officer spoke with a complainant by phone who stated he was having problems with a subject on Facebook who was using vulgar and indecent language with the complainant’s daughter the report states.

Wednesday, March 30

*12:17am-Brownwood Police officers arrived at the 1300 block of Brookes regarding a dispute.  According to the report, the first call to this area resulted in subjects being identified as 21-year-old Nathan Ray Schwing and 22-year-old Skye Lee Adamson, who were released back to their residence if both agreed to “call it a night”.  The second call to the area resulted in Schwing, Adamson and two other males identified as 24-year-old Eric Cisneroz and 24-year-old Joshua Ryan Schulze being arrested after officers had to break up a “near-fight” between the parties the report states.  All four subjects were charged with public intoxication.

*6:31pm-Brownwood Police officers responded to a report of a burglary in the 3900 block of 2nd Street.  After an investigation, it was determined that a subject had entered the above residence and taken various items the report states.  Stolen items included jewelry boxes full of silver jewelry, a striped pillow case, 40 DVDs, cameras, a laptop computer, DVD player and two hospital issued diaper bags according to police reports.

*8:30pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2600 block of Durham regarding theft. According to the report, officers spoke with a female who indicated that her daughter stole items from her and assaulted her.  During the interview, the complainant provided several different versions of events and was very inconsistent according to police.  An informational report was filed in reference to the call.

*9:55pm-43-year-old Rudolfo Reyna was arrested for criminal trespass after officers observed him standing on Wash Brite Laundry’s property located at 1316 Coggin Avenue, where he currently has an active trespass warning the report states.

Thursday, March 31

*A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was on patrol when he noticed a vehicle running on the side of the road with its lights on.  According to the report, the driver, identified as 29-year-old Edgar Lee Mullins was found to be intoxicated, unable to pass standard field sobriety tests, and placed under arrest for Driving While Intoxicated.  He was taken to the BRMC emergency room for a blood sample.

*Brownwood Police arrested 29-year-old Tanisha Nicole Jordan for Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
