Monday, March 23

*8:42 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to 3M regarding the report of a theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he had lost his wallet in the parking lot at 3M and it was returned to him missing $250 cash and a debit card, which he had already cancelled.

Wednesday, March 25

*2:14 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of an alleged assault.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a male subject he has allowed to live in his rent house had tried to cut him with a machete earlier this date.  The complainant believed the subject was under the influence of inhalants, the report states.  The complainant explained that he barely managed to run out of the house and avoided being cut when the subject swung the machete at him, according to the deputy’s report.  A report was filed for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

*2:35 PM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report of theft of services at a residence on Cheyenne Drive.  According to the report, an employee of Gulf Utility Services stated that a known suspect had allegedly cut a lock of a water meter damaging the meter and had been using the water without payment, the report states.

*5:18 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of 9th Street regarding an assault.  The officer met with two juvenile complainants and through an investigation determined that an attempted robbery had occurred, the report states.

Thursday, March 26

*9:10 AM – Brownwood Police made traffic stop in the 1600 block of Coggin Avenue.  According to the report, during the stop methamphetamine and various pills were discovered in the vehicle.  29-year-old Anna Coffey of Brownwood was arrested for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone, possession of a controlled substance penalty group 3 less than 28 grams in a drug free zone, possession of a dangerous drug and driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

*11:40 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to Field Street in Brownwood regarding stalking.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an ex-boyfriend would not leave her alone and has continued to harass her by calling or texting and has even embarrassed her at her place of employment speaking of their involvement, the report states.

*7:44 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of Crockett Drive, the Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room, regarding a disorderly subject.  The male subject, identified as 22-year-old Dallas Burleson of Early, was reported to have spit on the EMT and a nurse and tried to kick the EMT in the stomach while in the ambulance during his transport, the report states.  This call led to the arrest of Dallas Burleson for disorderly conduct, resist arrest and assault of a public servant.

*10:06 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 3500 block of Arrowhead Drive regarding an assault which had just occurred.  According to the report, a juvenile male had assaulted another juvenile.  When police arrived, the subject had left the scene; however, he was later located riding around in a vehicle, the report states.  The male juvenile was arrested for assault causes severe bodily injury and was transported to the law enforcement center to be processed and later taken to the juvenile detention center for housing purposes, the according to police.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Susan Dawson of Brownwood for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 53-year-old Tony Scott Earp of Brownwood on warrants related to aggravated assault and burglary.  Earp was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of bonds totaling $70,000 as of Friday morning.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Sonja Rene Nelson of Brownwood on a warrant related to injury of a child/elderly/disabled with intent bodily injury.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old David Robles Ortega, Jr. of Brownwood on a warrant related to burglary.  Ortega was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $30,000 bond as of Friday morning.

*Early Police arrested 47-year-old Rudolfo Reyna of Brownwood for disorderly conduct/obscene language.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Jonathon Paul Symes of Brownwood for evading arrest with vehicle.

Friday, March 27

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old William Kinnard of Grapevine of a warrant related to theft of services equal or greater than $500 less than $150.
