*10:34 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant regarding an assault.
Wednesday, March 25
*7:47 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of Main Street, Main Street Car Wash, regarding the burglary of a coin operated machine. According to the report, a Coca-Cola machine had been broken into. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*7:54 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Austin Avenue regarding the burglary of a vending machine. According to the report, when the complainant arrived to open his business, Hunter’s Station, he noticed the Dr. Pepper machine had been broken into. According to BPD Assistant Chief James Fuller, this machine was one of several cola machines in Brownwood which were burglarized after midnight.
*12:11 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a residence on Seneca Circle regarding a burglary. According to the report, a .22 caliber rifle and a cedar hope chest were stolen during the incident.
*7:26 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2500 block of W. Main Blvd. regarding a domestic disturbance resulting in an assault. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.*Texas Juvenile Justice Department arrested 24-year-old Amabel Balleza of Brownwood on a warrant related to Official Oppression.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 40-year-old Jason Allen Jobe of Porter on warrants related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams and tamper/fabricate physical evidence.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Brandi Nicole McDaniel of Brownwood on warrants related to manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 4 grams less than 200 grams in a drug free zone and forgery to defraud or harm elderly. McDaniel was released on bonds totaling $20,000.
*Brownwood Police arrested 25-year-old Jeremy David Moreno of Early on a warrant related to theft.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 26-year-old Stanley Moses Skinner of Blanket for assault family violence – enhanced and on a parole warrant. Skinner was being held in the Brown County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bond as of Thursday morning.
Thursday, March 26
* 1:00 AM – Brownwood Police responded to the 300 block of Bluffview Drive regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, the complainant stated that someone had entered her residence when she was gone and an unknown number of prescription pills had been stolen.
*1:36 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 4400 block of McArthur Circle regarding an assault.
