*12:29 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 100 block of N. Fisk Avenue regarding theft. An investigation is ongoing, the report states.
*3:45 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property in Brownwood regarding the burglary of a storage building. According to the report, during the investigation, the victims advised the deputy that a large safe was taken from the building. The victims also reported the contents of the safe, which were also stolen, and a possible suspect.
*6:59 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 400 block of W. Commerce regarding theft. According to the report, this call led to the issuance of a citation for theft under $100.
*7:57 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Clements Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, the victims followed the suspects, helping officers to locate 22-year-old suspects in the 500 block of FM 45. This call led to the arrest of the suspect, identified as Aaron Rodriguez of Cameron, Texas, for burglary of a vehicle, the report states. All items stolen were returned to the owners, according to police.
*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy met with complainants at the law enforcement center. According to the report, an iPhone was taken during a wedding party in Blanket, TX. The complainants tracked the phone to the Hampton Inn in Brownwood by using a cell phone tracking app before the phone was turned off, according to the report. The complainant does want to file charges, according to law enforcement.*A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a property in Brownwood regarding a fraud case. According to the report, the complainant stated that she had received a credit card in the mail on March 19th, which she had not ordered and a Verizon phone bill for a phone account she did not open.
*Brownwood Police arrested 54-year-old Richard Alan Allison of Brownwood on a parole warrant.
*43-year-old Demetricus Allen Fisher of Brownwood was arrested on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone.
*26-year-old James Lee Kinsey of Brownwood was arrested on warrants related to possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone and possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
