Sunday, March 17

*9:17 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1800 block of 10th Street regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, a female was located who reported that her ex-boyfriend had shoved her during an argument.

Thursday, March 21

*11:35 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 100 block of Walnut Street regarding a suspicious person.  According to the report, officers arrived at the location and made contact with the subject who was found sleeping in the building and had to be woken up.  The man indicated that he was not given permission to enter the building and at the request of the owner, he was issued a criminal trespass warning.

*2:21 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1800 block of Belle Plain Street regarding a burglary.  According to the report, the complainant stated that between March 20th and 21st, someone burglarized the car wash vacuum machines. Officers located a suspect; however, no arrest had been made at the time of the report.

*2:35 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2800 block of Southside Drive regarding an unwanted person.  According to the report, the call led to a criminal trespass warning for the apartment complex.

*5:54 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2500 block of Brady Avenue regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant reported that sometime during the day, an unknown suspect had entered her residence and stolen her daughter’s insulin syringes which were kept in the refrigerator.

*9:26 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1100 block of Clements Street regarding harassment.  According to the report, the complainant stated that she had broken up with her boyfriend earlier in the day.  She also stated that he was parked in the parking lot of her place of employment making threatening phone calls and text messages to her, the report states.  The manager of the business requested a criminal trespass will be issued to the suspect, according to the report.

*9:53 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center emergency room regarding a sexual assault.  According to the report, the mother of the small female victim stated that she suspects the child’s father of sexually assaulting her.  The incident was investigated and a report filed for aggravated sexual assault-forcible fondling.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested Hilario Luna Espinoza, Jr. of Smithville on a warrant related to nonsupport.

*Texas Department of Public Service arrested 58-year-old Cleo McMarion, Jr. of Austin for driving while license invalid with previous conviction.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Gustavo Emanuel Moreno of Dallas for possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.

*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 28-year-old Josue Jaime Pesina for driving while license invalid.

*Brownwood Police arrested 17-year-old Aaron Chase Pinkard on an Erath County warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Susan Robinson of San Antonio for forgery of a financial instrument.

Friday, March 22

*12:22 AM – Brownwood Police made a traffic stop in the 500 block of W. Commerce regarding disorderly conduct at Wal-Mart.  According to the report, the suspect, identified as 44-year-old Chad Beasley was located and was actively committing an assault against another individual while also making threats that he had a gun and that he would kill “cops” too.  Although the victim of the crime declined to file criminal charges, Beasley was determined to be intoxicated and an obvious danger to others, the report states.  He was subsequently arrested and charged with public intoxication with three prior convictions.
