Wednesday, March 19

*12:29PM – Brownwood Police met a complainant at the law enforcement center regarding theft.  According to the report, an unknown person stole items showing the complainants identification and a large sum of money from out of the complainant’s vehicle.

*4:56 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of N Main Street regarding terroristic threat.  According to the report, the complainant stated a known suspect threatened to kill her.

Thursday, March 20

*8:01 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1000 block of W Commerce regarding theft.  According to the report, the complainant stated that unknown suspect(s) stole four wheels, tires, and wheel caps off of a new Dodge dually pick- up.  The estimated value of the stolen items was reported to be $2463 and the business did wish to pursue charges if a suspect can be identified.

*2:01 PM – Brownwood Police met with a complainant at the law enforcement center where several prescription medications were turned in for the drug take back program for destruction.

*3:07 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 3200 block of Durham Avenue regarding harassment.  According to the report, the complainant stated that his son has been harassing him by telephone since November 2013.

*3:58 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1200 block of Vine Street regarding theft.  The complainant stated that sometime in the past few months, someone had stolen his mother’s lawn mower.

*5:50 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 300 block of N. Main Street regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a male subject stabbed her tire with a knife.  An investigation is ongoing, the report states.

*6:12 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding a reckless driver.  According to the report, the suspect identified as 24-year-old Seaver Ray Roper, Jr. of Brownwood was located and determined to be intoxicated.  Seaver was charged with public intoxication.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office received a report regarding the theft of property.  According to the report, the complainant stated that a known male subject had been working at their home on FM 2492.  It was discovered that a Ryobi drill and hammer drill were missing and the male was suspected of stealing the tools, the report states.  BCSO Investigator Nathan Land checked local pawn shops and discovered that the male had in fact pawned the tools, worth approximately $100, at Wild Bill’s Pawn Shop, the report states.

*Early Police arrested 21-year-old Marlin Cooper Eoff of Brownwood on a warrant related to motion to adjudicate/theft of property greater than $50 less than $500.

*Brownwood Police arrested 31-year-old Damion Clark Maxwell of Brady on warrants related to theft and two counts of failure to appear.

*22-year-old Jonathon Michael Moreno of Brownwood turned himself in on a warrant related to motion to revoke/driving while intoxicated.

*Texas Department of Public Safety arrested 47-year-old Londa Jean Nuzum of Amarillo for driving while intoxicated/open alcohol container.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 35-year-old David Bryan Shaw of Mullin on a warrant related to motion to revoke/possession of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.
