Law enforcement arrests and reports released Tuesday, March 20, 2012.

Thursday, March 15

*10:13am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2300 block of 11th Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, an unknown subject entered two unlocked vehicles and removed electronics which had an estimated value of $800.  No suspects were identified at the time of the report.

Sunday, March 18

*4:03pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 100 block of Market Place Blvd regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, investigation found evidence from another burglary of a vehicle which occurred in the Home Depot parking lot.

Monday, March 19

*6:20am-Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Slayden regarding an unwanted subject.  According to the report, the complainant requested a criminal trespass warning which was issued to a subject who was invited to the home by the complainant’s daughter.

*7:14am-Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Slayden regarding a domestic disturbance.  According to the report, a juvenile female and daughter of the complainant, was refusing to give a laptop to her and shoved her.  The complainant desired criminal charges.  The juvenile was taken into custody and transported to the Juvenile Probation Office.

*8:25am-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of 12th Street regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, an unknown suspect stole several items from an unlocked pickup which was parked in the complainant’s driveway between 9pm and 8am.  No suspect information was available at the time of the report.

*12:06pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 200 block of E. Commerce regarding the burglary of a vehicle.  According to the report, lottery tickets were stolen out of an unlocked vehicle in the Home Depot parking lot.  The incident may be related to other cases and the investigation is continuing.

*1:21pm-Brownwood Police met with a complainant who came to the Law Enforcement Center to report numerous items that had been stolen from his home within the last few months by people who had lived with him.  According to the report, the complainant stated that he has seen the suspects with some of the stolen items.  Items taken included a chain saw, tool sets, four 20-inch Ford aluminum wheels, a nail gun, Chevrolet transmission, a portable oven, and an antique Italian wall mirror which were valued at more than $4000.

*5:56pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of 6th Street regarding theft of a lawnmower.

*8:24pm-Brownwood Police met with a complainant regarding an ongoing problem with terroristic threat.  According to the report, the incident is the second of its kind committed against the complainant.

*9:15pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 1400 block of Avenue I regarding theft.  According to the report, a weed eater was stolen from the front porch of the residence within the last week.

*9:51pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 500 block of W. Commerce regarding theft.  According to the report, a clerk stated that a female in an SUV had driven off without paying for her fuel.

*11:26pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 2100 block of Avenue B regarding a juvenile problem.  According to the report, the complainant stated that her 15-year-old son had left the residence and would not come home.

Tuesday, March 20

*2:30am-Brownwood Police were called to the 700 block of Coggin Avenue regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, a suspect broke the window to the front of the complainant’s apartment and fled the scene.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
