Monday, March 16

*7:15 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 700 block of Almond Street regarding a runway juvenile.  A teenage subject ran away from a foster care home in Brownwood, the report states.

*7:56 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2700 block of Vincent Street, regarding criminal mischief.  According to the report, the complainant stated that during the night, someone had thrown a rock through the driver’s side window of the complainant’s vehicle while it was parked a residence on Oak Park.

*12:59 PM – Brownwood Police were called to Walmart regarding theft.  According to the report, a male subject was being detained in the office for shoplifting.  During this call, 20-year-old Estevan Frias, Jr. of Brownwood was found to have stolen various items of merchandise from the store and was arrested for theft equal or greater than $50 less than $500, the report states.

*3:58 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a residence on W. County Road 411 regarding some coins that were missing  after being sent through the U.S. Postal Service.  According to the report, the complainant sent 40 coins; however, only 20 coins arrived to the recipient.

*8:30 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2200 block of Avenue B regarding theft.  According to the report, a child’s bicycle was stolen from the residence.

*Brownwood Police arrested 52-year-old Travis Adolphus Alexander of Brownwood for driving while intoxicated 2nd.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Jeremy Justin Arredondo of Brownwood for assault family /household member with previous convictions.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old William Joe Bailey of Brownwood on a warrant for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Dakota Michael Cross of Blanket on warrants related to theft of property equal or greater than $500 less than $1500, driving while intoxicated, and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.  Cross was released on bonds totaling $11,000.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Dustin Wade Marshall of Bangs on warrants related to possession with intent to deliver in a drug free zone, possession of a controlled substance and delivery of a controlled substance in a drug free zone.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 24-year-old Jefferey Prescott Rivera, Jr. on a warrant related to theft of services equal or greater than $20,000 less than $100,000.
