Law Enforcement arrests and reports released Thursday, March 17th.

Wednesday, March 16

*11:23am-Brownwood Police met with a complainant who reported receiving harassing text messages from her brother.

*4:07pm-Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1700 block of Waco Street regarding terroristic threat.  Information report was filed and charges were not pursued.

*5:00pm-Brownwood Police responded to the 2000 block of 4th Street regarding a missing pit bull.  According to the report, the complainant stated that she had seen her dog in the back yard the night before and upon arriving home around 5:00pm the dog was found to be missing.  No evidence of how the dog may have been taken from the yard was present the report states.  There was information provided for a possible suspect and a report was completed.

*9:14pm-Brownwood police were dispatched to the 2200 block of 9th Street regarding a female who believed someone had gained entry to her residence.  Upon officer’s investigation, it was believed that someone has been repeatedly entering the property without the complainant’s consent according to the report.  There was limited suspect information provided.   An investigation is ongoing.

Thursday, March 17

*12:21am-Brownwood Police conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 600 block of Sharp Street.  According to the report, the driver of the vehicle was discovered to have an expired Texas driver’s license as well as a previous conviction for Driving While License Invalid.  The driver, identified as 41-year-old Eve O’Neil O’Connor, was arrested on charges of Driving While License Invalid with Previous Convictions.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
