Monday, March 10

*7:55 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 200 block of Brown Street regarding the burglary of a motor vehicle.  According to police, the complainant stated that he had left a company vehicle parked over the weekend and when he returned on Monday, he noticed an item missing from inside the vehicle.

*3:13 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Custer Road regarding theft.  According to the report, a package had been stolen before it could be delivered.

*3:17 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 200 block of S. Broadway regarding a sexual assault.  According to the report, the calling party stated that a male subject who was currently on community supervision had admitted to sexually assaulting a juvenile female.  The subject had not been interviewed at the time of the report.

*5:33 PM – Brownwood Police received via phone the report of a stolen wallet.

*7:15 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy was dispatched to a residence on Limerick Drive regarding theft and criminal mischief.  According to the report, a known subject had forfeited street signs to the complainant in approximately October 2013 and that he now wished to file charges on the subject.

*7:27 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 2000 block of Brady Avenue regarding a citizen’s dispute.  According to the report, the officer spoke to complainants regarding a possible aggravated assault with display of a deadly weapon.  A possible suspect was identified; however, he could not be located at the time of the report, according to police.

*9:58 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 3400 block of Golding Road regarding alleged narcotics activity.  According to the report, the officer was given permission to look through a store room by the homeowner, where three narcotic devices were collected.  A suspect was identified according to the report.

Tuesday, March 11

*10:27 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1500 block of Terrace Drive regarding the unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.  According to the report, a 1998 Nissan Maxima had been taken by a known subject, without the consent of the owner who is the complainant’s father.  The vehicle was recovered a short time later by Brownwood Police Department patrol officers, the report states.

*1:29 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Magnolia regarding the burglary of a motor vehicle.  According to the report, numerous tools had been stolen from inside the vehicle, which had been left unsecured.

*2:18 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of Main Street regarding debit/credit card abuse.  According to the report, a friend had possession of the victim’s debit card had made an unauthorized withdrawal at an ATM machine and an unauthorized purchase at an unknown location.

*3:50 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 4200 block of 4th Street regarding a civil matter.   According to the report, the complainant stated that his girlfriend’s father had kicked in the door to the residence the previous day and threatened to kill the complainant.  Damages caused by the incident were estimated to be approximately $2500, the report states.

*5:44 PM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy made a traffic stop in the area of US Hwy 183S and FM 1467 on a vehicle for displaying expired registration tags.   According to the report, the driver, identified as 24-year-old John Daniel Reyna II, advised the deputy that his license was invalid and that he did not have any insurance on the vehicle.  Reyna had previous convictions of driving with no insurance and was arrested on scene for driving while license invalid with a previous conviction, the report states.  Reyna was also issued two written warnings for no insurance and expired registration tags, the report states.

*5:47 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the area of 5th Street and Brady Avenue regarding a traffic accident.  According to the report, callers stated that two motorcycles had been racing and one of the motorcycles had struck a subject’s bicycle.  The motorcycle driver that struck the bicycle was reported to have fled the scene, the report states.  Several witnesses at the scene described the motorcycles and provided the name of a possible suspect, according to the report.   The suspect was located and a criminal mischief report was filed, according to police.

*8:03 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1500 block of Coggin Avenue, 7-Eleven convenience store, regarding the theft of beer by a male subject.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 44-year-old Pamela Susan Jacobs of Abilene on a Brown County warrant for burglary of a building and on a Taylor County warrant.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 30-year-old Jonathan O’Donnell of Stamford on a warrant related to motion to revoke/manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 1 gram less than 4 grams.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 33-year-old Dorothy Mazell Sparks of Muskogee, Oklahoma on a warrant related to 2nd motion to adjudicate/manufacture delivery of a controlled substance penalty group 1 equal or greater than 200 grams less than 400 grams.

Wednesday, March 12

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 59-year-old Benita Wright Johnson of Brownwood for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and criminal mischief.
