Tuesday, February 26

*10:22 AM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to a residence on County Road 550 regarding suspicious circumstances.  According to the report, the complainant stated that an unknown person forced open the front door of her residence and let her dog out.  No items were found to be missing at the time of the report, but she wished to make the report because the residence had been burglarized earlier this month, the report states.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office was called to a residence on County Road 478 regarding a burglary.  According to the report, several tools and other items were stolen from the garage; however no access was gained into the main part of the residence.

Wednesday, February 27

*12:37 PM – Brownwood Police were called to 401 W. Commerce, Wal-Mart, regarding theft.  According to the report, store employees detained two subjects who had walked past all points of purchase, never attempting to pay for merchandise.  According to the report, both subjects, identified as 22-year-old Crystal Gayle Newingham and 29-year-old John Michael Zarate, were arrested and each charged with theft equal or greater than $50 less than $500.

*4:18 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 2800 block of Edgewood Drive regarding the burglary of a habitation.  According to the report, approximately $800.00 in tools was stolen from the complainant’s vacant rent house.

*5:29 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of 9th Street regarding the theft of a bicycle

*7:35 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1200 block of Bailey Street regarding a runaway juvenile.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 41-year-old Wynndi Marie Caldwell on two warrants related to motion to revoke and motion to adjudicate for delivery of a controlled substance.

*Brownwood Police arrested 19-year-old Audria Campos of Odessa on a warrant related to money laundering.

*Early Police arrested 37-year-old Jason Therrell Hood of Early for possession of drug paraphernalia and disorderly conduct.

*Brownwood Police arrested 24-year-old George Ezequiel, Jr. on two warrants related to no driver’s license and violate promise to appear.

*21-year-old Kaimee Reah Turpin of May turned herself in on a warrant related to credit card or debit card abuse.

Thursday, February 28

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 22-year-old Brittany Ranae Kellems of Blanket on a warrant related to tampering with a government record.

*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 27-year-old Crystal Maddox on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance-drug free zone.
