Monday, February 18
*11:46 PM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of 12th Street regarding an assault. According to the report, the suspect is known and charges are expected to be filed.
*3:40 PM – Brownwood Police responded to the 1500 block of Indian Creek regarding an alleged assault at a local nursing home. According to the report, a third party and resident of the home reported that a male had been struck two to three times in the face with a pillow by his wife.
*5:52 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 700 block of Avenue D regarding a terroristic threat. According to the report, charges are being sought by multiple individuals.
Tuesday, February 19
*8:16 AM – Brown County Sheriff’s Office met a complainant at business on W. Commerce regarding the burglary of a vehicle. According to the report, the complainant’s wallet containing his driver’s license, social security card and three credit/debit cards were taken from the unlocked vehicle between 9:45 PM February 16th and 8:00 AM February 17th. The complainant notified his bank; however, the debit card from the bank had already been used at Prosperity Bank’s ATM in Early at approximately 4:43 AM on February 17th and $103 had been taken from the account.
*9:31 AM – A Brown County Sheriff’s deputy responded to a domestic disturbance at a residence on Comanche Drive in the north Lake Brownwood area. 59-year-old Pamela Higginbotham was arrested for injury to an elderly or disabled person after a physical disturbance, according to the report.*11:13 AM – Brownwood Police were dispatched to the 1800 block of Main Blvd regarding the burglary of a habitation. According to the report, the complainant stated that her residence had been broken into between the hours of 4:15 PM on February 18th and 10:40 AM on February 19th. There were numerous items missing from the residence and a possible suspect had been identified, the report states.
*10:08 PM – Brownwood Police were called to the 900 block of Norwood Street regarding a domestic disturbance. According to the report, an assault allegedly had occurred. Investigation revealed a minor injury; however, the actor was no longer on scene and the investigation continues.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the 9000 block of Retreat Road regarding the theft of a flat bottom boat valued at $600 from the Lake Brownwood Christian Retreat.
*30-year-old Amber Dawn Beam of Early turned herself in on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance –drug free zone.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 45-year-old Timothy Leon Bullion on a warrant related to driving while intoxicated third or more.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 29-year-old Christina Maebeth Donham of Coleman on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram.
*The Brownwood City Marshal arrested 40-year-old Demetricus Allen Fisher on a warrant related to Public Intoxication.
*Early Police arrested 41-year-old Wanda Ann Lawhon Roe of Early on a warrant.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 38-year-old Troy Soto of Early on two warrants, one out of Brown County and another out of Mills County, both related to driving while intoxicated.
Wednesday, February 20
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 42-year-old Ernest Joseph Joey Green on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.
*Early Police arrested 54-year-old Rayanon John Tassin of Early for driving while intoxicated.
