*10:42pm-A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to a residence on the outskirts of Brownwood which has a history of domestic issues.  According to the report, the complainant told officers that a third party told her about a known subject making offhand comments of “blowing her up” which is a slang term for shooting someone with a firearm.  A criminal trespass warning was requested to be issued to the subject.  He was located and issued the warning.  No firearm was found in the subject’s residence or possession at the time of the warning’s issuance according to the report.

Thursday, February 17

*9:52am-A Brown County Sheriff’s Deputy was called to the Bangs area regarding criminal mischief where someone had been cutting holes in tires in the area.  According to the report, while checking the area the deputy was flagged down by a complainant who reported the tires on her vehicle that had been cut.  The vehicle had been parked in the driveway at the front of the residence and the damage was believed to have taken place in overnight.

Due to the tire having been changed before damage was noted to be intentional, no fingerprints could be retrieved.  The Bangs Police officer on duty was also taking reports throughout the town for the same type of incidents.

*7:17pm-Brownwood Police were called to the 400 block of 5th Street regarding an assault.  Investigation determined that a mother and daughter were involved in a physical altercation at the residence the report states.

*7:25pm-A Brownwood Police officer was dispatched to the Law Enforcement Center regarding a domestic disturbance which was in progress in the parking lot.  BPD officials state that the dispute began at a residence on San Benito when suspect 28-year-old Ellisa Estrada Limon was confronted by her boyfriend regarding alledged illegal drug activity.  According to the report, Limon went into a rage and began beating the boyfriend in front of her small children who were inside the residence.  BPD officials report that when the victim went to his truck to leave, Limon jumped into the truck’s bed and began trying to beat him through the window.  He proceeded to drive down W. Commerce to the Law Enforcement Center, where he parked at the side door of the Brown County Sheriff’s Office and began honking his horn.  Calls were coming in to dispatch about the disturbance and BPD was dispatched.  A BCSO deputy came out of the Sheriff’s Office to the parking lot to intervene as Limon opened the door of the truck and began beating the man again the report states.  According to police, the deputy had to physically pull Limon off of the victim and force her to the ground.  The BPD officer arrived and arrested Limon who was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury Family Violence.

Friday, February 18

*12:21am-Brownwood Police received a tip regarding possible drug activity in the 2100 block of Slayden Street at the Camelot Apartments.  According to the report, police arrived at the residence and made contact with one of the occupants, identified as 43-year-old Daniel Dwight Hoedebeck.  As they spoke, the officer noticed some marijuana seeds on the floor the report states.  After consent to search the apartment was given, marijuana and another dangerous drug was found according to police officials.   Hoedebeck was charged with Possession of Marijuana less than 2 oz. and Possession of a Dangerous Drug.

All arrestees are innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
