Thursday, February 14
*9:39 AM – Brownwood Police were called to the 1900 block of Avenue B in reference to issuing a trespass warning to a resident at the address for another residence located in the 3000 block of 4th Street.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 49-year-old Richard Andrew Armstrong of Carrolton on a Brown County warrant for failure to appear related to possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 52-year-old James Victor Carr on four warrants related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram in a drug free zone, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – drug free zone, possession of a controlled substance – drug free zone and possession of marijuana less than 2 ounces.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 51-year-old Kerry Dean Caudle of Bronson, Texas on a Brown County warrant related to sexual assault of a child.
*20-year-old Tyler Benjamin Edwards turned himself in on a warrant related to possession of a controlled substance penalty group 2A less than or equal to 2 ounces.
*23-year-old Rex Dylan Jones turned himself in on a warrant for motion to adjudicate related to purchase furnish alcohol to a minor.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 28-year-old Lacinda Moore for possession of marijuana.
*Brownwood Police arrested 28-year-old Valerie Rodriguez Reyna on a warrant related to theft of property equal or greater than $20 less than $500 by check.
Friday, February 15
*1:30 AM – A Brownwood Police officer made a traffic stop in the 1500 block of Vine Street. According to the report, the driver, identified as 23-year-old John Anthony Stewart, was found to have a strong odor of alcohol on his breath. After Stewart failed several sobriety tests, he was arrested for driving while intoxicated 2nd, taken to the Brownwood Regional Medical Center where a specimen of his blood was taken and then he was transported to the Brown County Jail.
*Brownwood Police arrested 38-year-old Martin Placiencia Foster on five warrants related to speeding 10% or over 81/70, violate promise to appear, failure to report change of address, and speeding 10% or more/above posted speed limit and violate promise to appear.
*Brown County Sheriff’s Office arrested 36-year-old Jacquelin Lea Valdez for possession of a controlled substance penalty group 1 less than 1 gram and on a warrant related to forgery.
